@@eveningstar8581i have really puffy eyelids, slightly downturned, that makes my eyes look protruding (but i don’t have protruding eyeballs it’s just skin) and eye makeup is soo hard for me to get a grasp of 😭 if seems like the only eyes that get pretty tutorials are upturned almonds

That means you are allergic to what you are using! Try a clean brand like almay or elf. There's way more than that but those are 2 i personally use in my eye area

Set & prime with something matte before u do anything

@atriyacoller136 Raise your brows. Remove the hair that’s below the bone and draw in more hairs on the top. If you are unsure about how it’d look, use concealer over the hairs at the bottom that you would want to remove. Take back camera pictures of yourself to get it symmetrical.
