Most coaches fall under that category just so we're clear. Roy Williams coached at 2 blue bloods and had 2. Boheim coaches for 45 years and had 1. Cronin won 30+ at Cincy and he had to rebuild the program from scratch. That part demands respect

I respect the fact that he’s always right there in the mix ..but he always comes up short at Cincy I think he went to ncaa double digit times and never once made it past sweet 16.hes a good coach not a great coach

That's what they said about Howland until the the Final Four appearances dried up. I think Cronin knows that fans (only exception I can think of is Notre Dame football) only support you during winning periods. Been a really good three years under Cronin.

I hope Coach Cronin can get #12 for UCLA on the next two-three years. We Bruins get awful impatient when there's a dry spell. Of course, Cronin is a way better coach than the stiffs ex-AD Guerror hired and he's built the program back. But sloganeering will only take you so far. I wish him the best of luck.
