Get your Togo up to 16-3 or 4! consumable cool down is huge in this ship. when all is said and done you can save something like 30sec .....more if you run fully packed and get that 30%

While I will agree that this ship is somewhat toxic, it is far from the worst. That title belongs to the AL Chapayev. No ship in this game is more pay to win and toxic that AL Chappy and people who play it should be ashamed of themselves. It is completely broken but WG will never do anything about it because people paid real money for it.

Sejong actually sports the same 5in batteries that Montana and Ohio lug around though functionally not much different than Atlanta and her sister's

Seyjong is great, but i think Neptune does much the same thing but a little better. Neptune can get 8.7 detectability with 11.5 range torps and 8 mins of perma smoke with Tyrwitt at the Helm. You lose the torp reload booster but get a sonar, which is very handy when sitting in smoke, and the Neptune's guns are far easier to hit DDs at range with.. Please atop telling people about these, as they're a pain to fight !

The big difference between Sejong and Neptune is the fire chance. Neptune obviously can't set fires, but Sejong having an 11% fire chance means that it's going to burn people down really fast, and constantly forcing people to use their damage control. (Neptune is also far better at dealing with destroyers) The two ships have different applications for different situations.

@@TheFirstRedNinja you're absolutely right, Sejong has the HE and far better torps, though the Neptune spits out torps 20 or so seconds faster. I just find I win far more with Neptune, though happy to admit it's operator trouble.

Neptune absolutely sucks .. nothing compared to what this ship could do . specially coming from Edinburgh that end of that line is a disappointment..

It's nothing more than a flint just under different country. If your good with flint then you'll lose this cruiser.

It is already toxic to have a cruiser spamer with smoke. Adding 4 dozen sub 1km detect tops makes it broken. Only problem with this ship is when are we going to finish all 4 reload booster 😂
