The Most Simple & Perfect Recipe of Hunter Beef by MHK | Hunter Beef without Salt Peter (KalmiShora)

Hunter Beef (ہنٹر بیف) was initially used to preserve meat for a longer period but now it has become a very popular snack among the meat lovers. Although its making has been made very much complex by the people but here #MHK is going to demonstrate its own recipe for making it in a very very simple way with least use of ingredients (only 3 ingredients excluding salt peter (kalmi shora)) & efforts along with some suggestions for its preservation & usages. Let us see with keen interest till end please:-
Ingredients:
Beef (گوشت): 3 Kg
White Vinegar (سفید سرکہ): 3 Cups
Salt (نمک): 3 Table Spoons
Procedure:
1. Wash & clean beef piece from unnecessary fats.
2. With any sharp object make shallow pricks on beef piece from all sides.
3. Pour vinegar & salt in a bowl and mix a little.
4. Put the beef in bowl & dip it from all sides in the solution.
5. Cover bowl with lid & keep it in refrigerator for 2~3 days or as required.
6. After almost 48 hours, put the beef in cooking pot.
7. Cook beef on medium flame without adding water.
8. Now water has been released by the beef so cook further in the same.
9. After half an hour change the sides, & so on for all sides after regular intervals.
10. Now add very little amount of water as it is near to cooked position.
11. If a shashlik stick is inserted deep easily, the meat is tendered.
12. Take it out & put on a stand for a while so that excessive water could be strained.
13. Cut it in slices and can be served in this condition easily.
14. To preserve for some time fold it in butter paper & keep it at safe place.
15. Another way to serve: Cut in small pieces, fry a little with black pepper.
16. In this way it can also be served as tea snacks or side dish.
Tip-1: Do not make deep pricks as it may damage the meat fibers.
Tip-2: Change the sides of beef during the period before cooking.
Caution: Adding of extra water may go in waste & increase the time of cooking.

Hum India mein Vinegar ki jagah 🍋 lemon use karte hain. 1 kg beef mein 4-5 lemon ka juice with Salt.

It's a piece of rump/thigh but you can take any part which has less fats.
Bahut hi acchi lagi aapki recipe. Aage se hum isi tarike se banayenge. Butcher se salt meat kharidte hain to kaafi mehnga padta hai. Vajib bhi hai, kyunki kalmi shora, nimbu, garam masala etc istemal kiye jate hain. Ye aasan tarika hai, waqt bhi zyada nhi lagta, itne masale bhi nhi lagta aur kalmi shora mushqil se milta hai. Ghar me hamesha sirka & namak to rehta hi hai aur bas thoda waqt aur halki mehnat hi karni padti hai. Lekin zaika zyada accha lagega kyunki mehnat apni thi. Shukriya 🙏 aapne aasan tarika sujhaya. Umeed hai zaika bhi khaas hi hoga.

It's a piece of rump you can take any part which has less fats.

السلام علیکم ورحمتہ اللہ میں نے اپ کے بتائے ہوئے طریقے سے اس کو بنانا شروع کیا جب دیگچے میں ڈالا تو شروع میں اپ نے کہا تھا کہ انچ کو تیز تا میڈیم رکھنا ہے میں نے ایسا ہی کیا چند منٹوں میں ہی سارا پانی خشک ہو گیا اور جلنا شروع ہو گیا جس سے میں نے یہ نتیجہ اخذ کیا ہے کہ شروع سے ہی آنچ کو اہستہ ہی رکھا جائے۔۔۔ میں اپنا یہ تجربہ لوگوں کے ساتھ اس لئے شیئر کر رہی ہوں کہ اگر کوئی یہ ڈش پکانا چاہتا ہے تو اس کا بھلا ہو جائے

وعلیکم السلام ورحمتہ اللہ وبرکاتہ آپ کا تجربہ ہو سکتا ہے صحیح ہو لیکن شاید سمجھنے میں غلط فہمی ہو رہی ہے۔ ہم یہ ریسیپی گزشتہ کئی سال سے بنا رہے ہیں اس لیے ایسا کبھی نہیں ہوا۔ اصل میں میڈیم سے تھوڑی تیز آنچ صرف اتنی دیر تک کے لیے رکھنی ہوتی ہے کہ اس میں سٹیم بن جائے اور گوشت اپنا پانی چھوڑ دے کیونکہ گوشت کا اپنا پانی بھی کافی ہوتا ہے جبکہ سرکہ بھی اس نے کافی چوس لیا ہوتا ہے اور پھر اسی میں اس نے پکنا ہوتا ہے ۔ ایسا کم ہی ہوتا ہے کہ خود سے پانی ڈالنا پڑے۔ امید ہے آپ اب کافی حد تک سمجھ گئی ہوں گیں۔ جزاک اللہ خیرا
Add 1 tbsp salt peter kalmi shora and tie with thread .salt peter say gost kala nahi perta

Try to brown it in butter first. It will be more juicy!

AssalamuAlaykum Jazakillah for sharing a wonderful recipe اپ نے کہا کہ دعاؤں میں یاد رکھیے گا تو میں نے اپ کے لئے دعا بھی کی ہے بس افسوس ہے تو اس بات کا کہ اپ کی ویڈیو کے بیک گراؤنڈ میں بہت میوزک چل رہا ہے اور میوزک سننا حرام ہے ۔۔۔ مجھے ویڈیو دیکھتے ہوئے چونکہ اپ کی اواز بھی سننا تھی اس لئے میں اواز بھی بند نہیں کر سکی اس لیئے مجھے ساتھ ساتھ استغفراللہ استغفراللہ پڑھنا پڑا تاکہ اس میوزک کا اثر نہ ہو۔۔ اپ کے لئے میرا مخلصانہ مشورہ ہے کہ براہ مہربانی ائندہ جب بھی اپ ویڈیو لانچ کریں اس کے بیک گراؤنڈ میں میوزک نہ ڈالیں اگر ضرور ہی کچھ ڈالنا ہے تو نشید ڈال لیں اللہ تعالی اپ کو برکتوں سے مالامال فرمائیں

Nothing to beat Salt beef prastrmi. Pink and juicy melt in your mouth. . This looks tasteless.
Dikhne mei he bad shakal lag raha hai, jaise bargad ki jad! Dish ka look bhi acha hona chahiye , khane mei bhi bura aur khushk hoga !
That is not Authentic recipe Hunter Beef we always been making with lemon juice and some salt, marinated for at least 3 days. Then covered aluminium foil and cooked in oven or Tandoor
Totally wrong recipe.
