@angelfonseca52 Each car is rented for about 2 weeks in each month. We've made enough to cover the car payments. High end vehicle renters want ski racks, AWD and window scrapers.

Great video , my fleet division consists of 5 ford focus ...2008 , 2009 ,2010 and (2) 2011 they have reliable and top perfomers i hardly see them . They are extremely bullet proof !!

I ❤ Turo. I rent something on every vacation and weekend get away. Usually a current model of a RX, navigator, Tahoe Denali, etc.

most of your cars you aim to make back the cost of them in 4-5 months? Given that your merc is 42-43/day, that would equate to 42x30x5 = 6300-20% and it's currently available for the next 3 days, seems more like 6-8 months, but still good.

I bought the minimum protection before confirming with my insurance about coverage- my insurance covers 100%. Now Turo won’t let me modify or cancel the protection. I feel like I just been duped $133

Have yall considered buying newer used cars that would have less issues? Seems like the these cheap cars eat your pockets with maintenance

For a car that’s new to turo yes but as long as it’s less than 12 years old by the time of your first trip then it doesn’t matter after thar

2nd gen focus are cult classic in the making . Anything after 12 are not good.

They are really expensive, compared to economy cars. They like to pay around 6k per car, that will buy you a 2009 Honda Civic with 150k miles

Question: Turo has age limits on cars ( And mileage limit of 130000). How is it that you're able to rent these cars that are so old? Or is this simply an older video recycled?

I'm very confused too, turo didn't let me list my 2014 car because it had more than 140k miles. This was in 2019

I love your channel and you normally provide solid content. However I'm sorry I can't let you continue feeding these viewers lies. A 2012 ford focus is by far one of the worst vehicles a host could ever purchase. Those vehicles are notorious for transmission issues, including the fusion, edge and escape. Also I know plenty of host who have listed a 2015 Lexus ES 350 and have literally returned their full investment in less than 6 months. So it may be the location where you are at vs where we are at that may be the difference, however I think a Lexus ES 350 is one of the most reliable cars on the market and has a demand for most renters.
