The Most Powerful Ab Exercise Ever (6 PACK POWER!)
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Get abs like an athlete and build a powerful core here
athleanx.com/x/core-power-here
Ab exercises are a dime a dozen. You can probably think of over 100 of them if you really sat and concentrated on it for the next 5 or 10 minutes. That said, when it comes to powerful ab exercises, the options become that much more limited...especially when you look for ones that require you NOT move your abs!
Confused? In this video I show you the most powerful ab exercise you can do to develop 6 pack abs when your diet is in check. All it requires is a barbell, a few plates and a corner of the room. This particular abdominal exercise will work the old abdominales while fitting into any complete six pack abs workout program.
In fact, it's a great core exercise. Remember, the core is made up of much more than just your abs. This exercise will incorporate distal arm movement to demand the core be trained for its anti-rotation function. Not every ab workout should consist of just crunches or planks. Controlling rotation is just as important for the abs.
Try this ab exercise out and see if it doesn't slide its way to the top of the best core exercises list. If you want a complete workout program used by today's top professional athletes to get a ripped core and a powerful athletic physique be sure to head to athleanx.com to check out the ATHLEAN-X Training System.

The title it too appropriate, because this doesn't hit abs - this hits EVERYTHING. I don't know what you call this exercise, but whatever you call it, it will toast your arms and shoulders along with your core. Thanks for this awesome suggestion, Jeff.

I've learned more from this guy in 6 months than in the 20 previous years working out following whatever was the trend at the moment. I wish i could go back in time and start over knowing what Jeff has taught me
Thank you!!!! After thousands of crunches...... this one works!!! Seeing some real results!!!!
Once I added this to my ab routine, I must say I've seen a great improvement in my core strength. My stability while doing the big lifts like Shoulders, Squats, and Deadlifts is so much better now.

pierrot monami If you don't know where to start on a lift you can always just start with the bar and build it up over time. Hope this helps.

pierrot monami Practice perfect form with the bar. I'd start with half your bodweight and increase it by 2.5kg every week
You are one of the few people out there who are really focusing on things that really matter during perfecting and mastering a workout. Keep up the good work
I did this per your instructions. It hits abs, traps, biceps, and more!! I love it and am going to do this often at the gym!
I have found the easiest way to stick with Jeff's phenomenal programs is to simply watch at least one a day. It keeps the routine fresh and me motivated.
This is literally the best ab exercise ever, it has helped me a lot, thankd, most people dont incorporate weights when working out abs, but its really "REALLY" important.
Your the best not a fake,I benefited so much from you,and fixed my exercise mistakes, one day I'm going to hire you to come to australia.
Just tried this today...wow, really hits the abs...I'm making this a staple exercise...thanks, Jeff. Someone else mentioned that it hits arms and shoulders as well as the entire core...I agree, it really is a complete movement. I used only 25lbs and it kicked my butt.
I just discovered the landmine at my gym the other day. I can't wait to start incorporating this exercise into my workout routine, especially on days that I train my arms and shoulders, since it seems to work them a bit as well!
Thanks! Wish I had this one when I was back at my old gym, pre-Covid. Seems simple, but it also looks as thought it would be very effective.
Goddamnit! Hands down, the BEST website for new movements to work traditional area concerns like the core! Thank for this, and others you have posted!!!!
Thank for all the great videos Jeff, I love them and really find them to be helpful and unique!
Finally dear Jeff I understood perfectly thanks to new and CORRECT subtitles on display. Former ones were erroneous ! For a spanish like me it is difficult to follow your explanations without this help. Thanks!
Reload it in 2019 with some updates! 🔥
The exercises which require you to use your core to resist rotation are always fantastic for developing core strength. Another great one you can do if you have some sort of cable column apparatus is the Pallof Press. Same principle but with less shoulder involvement for the folks that find the arm movement here a bit distressing.
Jeff Cavaliere, You are the BESTTTTTTTTTTT!!!! Professional, Smart, And Genius! Love thinks that making sense. All your exercises are making sense.!
I learn something from you everyday I tune in. Keep up the great work!!
Just got my landmine setup today and I'm doing these tomorrow morning for sure thanks Jeff
i love the new intro. short and effective.
I just started using this and I love it thanks Jeff!!!!
Thanks Jeff...you give the most accurate , innovative techniques to exercise
Great! I'm looking forward to having a go in the gym later this morning.
Great exercise. So simple yet very effective. Big thanks for the brill advice.
These ab videos have been great and super informative. Cheers Jeff!
awesome video thanks my core is the one thing that I can hit over and over again so I love seeing new workouts
that looks like a excellent core workout for skiing, thanks Jeff!
Thanks Jeff, loved the video. I'll start doing this as soon as I get home from work.
This has become my favorite core exercise. It works.
I broke my lower back a few years ago. I've been looking for an exercise I could do to work my core. Everything else I tried of your programs hurt really bad. I tried this today and very little lie back pain and wow did it work my abs. I love it. I might be able to get my 6 pack back.

Awesome ab workout!! Got the cut look i was wanting in just a couple days of doing this!
I've been lovin the landmine for doin kneeling chest press and standing shoulder throw exercises lately. I know there are "wiper" kind of ab sets you can do with it but this looks awesome for someone who struggles to find ab time like me when dem shoulders love the attention! Almost a workout on the negative. Gotta give it a go. In Jeff we trust!
Great stuff I'm loving your vids! got to get myself on your program but just using the principles you've shared here on yt I'm seeing remarkable gains. I can only imagine what will happen once I actually start the program.
Going to try this tomorrow.
Cool...looking forward to trying this. I discovered something similar by accident a few years back when a buddy of mine told me to do straight-armed pulldowns on a pulley machine for my lats. The next day my abs were so sore I forgot I even had lats.
Jeff thank you for all the great advice and effort:)
Very nice. I will have to try this next time I train.
I'll have to give this a try.
Tried it and liked it. Thx Jeff. U Da Man!
felt the burn instantly... thanks Jeff
Thank you so much Ive been looking for this exercise!!
Amazing tips as always, thanks Jeff
Woke up and had a gut...I'm motivated now thx.👍
Incorporated this in my plan and I love it. And it looks pretty dope
been following your page and watching videos and using your movements all the way and they definitely have helped me achieve my goals ; Thank you ATHLEANX
I did that once my obliques were killing me for several days, one of the few core exercises I enjoy.
Perfect adding this to my workouts
Really enjoy and learn from your videos. Would like to see the subtitles come back so I can have the volume off while watching. Thanks again for the great material
Thanks for the video. I never really thought about exercises that prevent me body from moving.
Just done this and it was crazy 😬🙌🏽👌🏽💪🏽. Bouta start adding this in my routines.
JEFF Greetings from Athens Greece! PATIENT THIS EXERCISE ASAP!!!! awesome
Great info. I just started working out and have bad shoulders so I use landmine hammers add opposed to the OHP. MAN, the focus on the abs is crazy.
Started using these a few months ago. I do 4 sets now at 16 reps with 30kg. Total burn out. Thanks. Also great at end of shoulder workout cos also has secondary effect on them.
I'm Gonna give this a try. Thx man
This one looks great, gonna try it!
Thanks, Jeff. I'm on it.
One of my favourite exercises.
Everything you says does make sense
thanks to this video,I can now learn a new one exercise for about workout!!!!!!
I am definitely trying this one!
Was looking for a bench for hyper back extensions, sit ups, and flat bench. kzread.infoUgkx1N3gatJfHIxCsI2TbcOH1-k8v-EDJ40N Was about to buy a similar product from other manufacturer when I saw this one for less. Glad I chose this one, as it's very solid/stable, no movement whatsoever. Incline is easy to adjust as well. As others have said the plastic foot pads are a poor design as they are not attached. Also like others, I think it should be a few inches longer for a flat bench, but it's workable. Assembly instructions were poor, with one step being completely and obviously incorrect. I did get a communication from the seller that there were new instructions, but I had already assembled it. Overall it's a great buy, very happy with it.
thanks jeff for everything
Super fooook yeaaaa 🤩🤩🤩 I know this will certainly take to the next level I am most eager to start
Thanks I was looking for such exercises
This guy's a beast!!!!
More great tips, thanks Jeff.
very nice, i think out of the box stuff like this, set you apart and make the difference when your trying to sculpt.
Best ab knowledge vid out there
Thanks for all the helpful information.
I'll have to try that!
Maximum respect!!
You explain things very well! Thank you👏👏👏
Great tip. All I have is dumbbells so I'll try to simulate this with dumbbells
i love this exercise, Jeff. it's a killer! i also like to switch hands mid set to ensure symmetry.
That was very smart I never thought about abs in that light
Glad I checked this video again as I was trying to do Jeff's version but with the barbell up at my forehead like a landmine 180 and it felt off.
This guy is totally amazing
Bro you look ripped af man. Not too much, not too little. Exactly as I would like to have it myself. Definitely going through your vids to make up my training.
all ur videos are good keep it up
Tried it! Great tip
Added this to the workout today and damn I love it!!!!
Looks like a good transverse abdominis workout. Will do. Thank you.
That helps me so much. Thank you!
This is the way abs are meant to be trained, your core provides rotational stability, which things like crunches don't utilize. (Not to say crunches aren't good but this is directly training what they're meant to be used for)
awesome exercise will do this for sure. 👍
Really really helpful video , WOW ! Thank you , Jeff !
