The drawing is from the comments, some of there give hint and some are troll. they weren't be placed by the level creator.

As people say, if the comments are too much trouble, you can disabled them on the pause screen. Also, I’d recommend avoiding “refreshing levels” or ones that look like them. They’re too samey, take up space on the courses tab, and while they may look cool at first, they get really old and annoying very fast.

Those little drawing that you see in levels are comments made by other people. You can actually turn comments off through the settings if you don't want them in your way.

Comments can be posted within levels by all players. But I would suggest you pause the game, and turn them off.
