The Most Moist Pineapple Bundt Cake

The most moist pineapple bundt cake, full of pineapple flavor, if you love pineapples this is a must to try.

1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup salted butter melted
3/4 cup pineapple juice
3 eggs
1 cup crushed or chunked pineapple
Glaze
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 10-12 cup bundt pan, in a large bowl, mix together the pineapple juice, melted butter, and cake mix until smooth ,add in the eggs and pineapples and mix on high for 2 minutes, put in pan and bake 35-45 minutes or until toothpick is clean. Allow the cake to fully cool. Mix together your glaze ingredients in a small saucepan on platter and over medium heat until butter has melted through. Remove from heat, using a straw or skewer, poke holes throughout cake, pour 1/3 of the glaze over and the rest on top when flip. Serve and enjoy!

Always love variations of pineapple cakes. This is awesome. When I flip it over, I'm thinking I am going to carve a small moat around the top to pour the syrup in, then fill it with some crushed almonds and decorate it with some Maraschino Cherries. I want that syrup IN that cake....it sounds so delicious. I love another excuse to use my bundt pan. I am a product of the 50's and bundt cakes are our thing. (My favorite is poppy seed bundt cake) Thank you for this dish.

Kathleen, you know how to eat cake, I am in all in that hole that the glaze went down, getting every bit of that goodness!
I went to make this but my kids are the pineapple so I used cranberry sauce (canned) and the only juice I had - pomegranate. It is delicious and I really appreciate the easy instructions

@@janinehering1242 I pay all prices and the cheap ones at the grocery store does just as good as name brand, as long as you coat them, and you can also find them at goodwill and stores like that.
Just found your videos and love them. Do you drain your can of pineapples before you put them in the cake?
