The best recipe!

I came across this recipe and tried it today.for tea. I substotuted some of the milk with cumquat juice snd rind. It turned out so well. My hard to please husband's comment was cake was fluffy and moist. Tqsm for sharing.!

Hi i chanced to come to your channel last morning just like that while searching for bundt cakes.. shortlisted many other recipes to try but i thought let me try savors recipe. Did it in d afternoon. When ever I have the chance, I always enjoy watching your videos. Also used some of your recipes. It actually save me a lot of time and money to bake birthday cakes for my young adults and soon to be my 1 year old grandson. Let me just say…, your recipe is a hit. No left over cake. Anyway. I want to know if I make a cake, can I make the batter can I put the batter in the refrigerator the night before to save time?

Can't wait to make it . I have a bundt cake pan that I've never used . Have the cream cheese and butter on the counter softening up. I am thinking about adding lemon zest , What do you think?

I baked using a similar recipe where i added zest of 1 lemon and 1tbsp lemon juice - tasted fruity and perfect with the cream cheese flavour! Hope it worked for you too :)

Sorry to interfere, but I would use grams(scale) , you can never go wrong, as with cups, there are different measures of cups.

I had this cake too and thought it was salty. I also didn’t think it was sweet enough. I wondered if that was why it tasted extra salty.

You got me seeing cream cheese in the title, lol. My fav. I also just picked up a new jar of vanilla bean paste that I've been desperately wanting to use, lol. However my bundt pan is a lot bigger than yours. Could I just use a loaf pan in the same measurements instead? I love the way a bundt cake looks but I'd rather use the pans I have available to me. I can already taste this with a cup of coffee. Thanks Weng... 👍

In the video after cake are 2 teaspoons of baking powder then a teaspoon of himalayan salt.
