I always think that his owner's spirit waited on the shibuya station with his dog until hachiko died then professor ueno took hachiko's spirit to heaven with him

My teacher just fineshed reading the book and we r going to be watching the movie

I read that Hachi's statue now has a statue of his owner next to him. I think that it was so touching of them to do . Hachi has a day of his own. Thank you to all the dogs, that are loyal and give you, unconditional ❤️ love. Dogs are wonderful.

It’s really nice that they put up a statue of him but they had him stuffed and is in a museum! That makes me mad. They should have buried him next to his beloved human!!!

@@SkitzCountryballs Yes they cremated his body which they buried with the owner, but reserved his fur which like the original comment said, was stuffed and put on display.

R.I.P! He shall still be waiting there in our hearts!

If you don't understand what happened was here's a little context if you care to listen❤ Hachiko was a dog that would wait for his owner everyday when he went to work at the train station one day the owner had a stroke or something happened with his brain is so Hachiko didn't know it so he waited for years and years and he didn't know that his owner was dead and after a few years after in 1935 Hachiko died so you should be respectful to your loyal pets

That hurt me so much for Hachiko,😢😢😢,just wondering why professor's family didn't even inform him,or did they? If they had informed him or made him visit to the wake,I think hachiko wouldn't waited for that so long,I mean I'm just thinking perhaps on that almost 10 years of waiting he had loneliness in his heart,😢

Here to understand because I had this story on my reading book 4 school… *If your sensitive don’t read this* The Story of hackiko he had a special bond with his owner his nickname was “Dr.ueno” Doctor ueno was a professor in a university And he would take a train to go there so hachiko waited everyday after work near the university So when one day he went to work at the university and he was explaining the lesson until he fell and died at the university.. Hachiko was still the the train station for 10 years waiting for the owner Dr.ueno at the same train station everyday and everyday until Dr.ueno’s relatives took hachiko to they’re house but yet hachiko went to the same train station everyday for 10 years after night he would go to the relatives house after the 10 years passed Hachiko died choking because of crying he wouldn’t eat or drink anything, After his death at the train station to honor him the people made a statue at the same train station to honor him. ( this a really sad story and it shows how loyal dogs are)

I just watched Hachiko and my nephew cried so hard. His name is Ba Tong and he waited his owner who is professor and went to Yangzi river cable station everyday. He waited outside that building without knowing that his owner passed away on trip. His mom moved to city after her husband passed away and leave Ba Tong at her daughter's house. He waited his owner for ten years after escaping ,he lived in old house where his owner lived and passed away when his family came back. Sorry about my broken english. I recommend to watch .

I cried when my mom my was in her room and my little sister with me in the living room I was crying under the blanket with no sound

For people who dont know who is Hachiko[okay hachikos owner went to a subway then enterd the train and left hachiko Waited for his owner to return monthes past by and hachiko was still waiting and hachiko didnt even eat food then 5 years pasted his owner didn't return Then 4 years pasted then hachiko sadly died without seeing his owner for 9 years and now his popularity has grown and this acuttlly happend long ago it first started 1923
