Yes. It is actually a public service centre built in to meet the needs of citizens while also helping to build community spirit through commons spaces like the movie place, soccer, arts, etc

Please do a review of the houses in Sentosa Cove. There are alot amazing and interesting houses is Sentosa Cove.

Good coverage. Do you know that we have 3 regional centres or zones in SG? Tampines, Woodlands and Jurong (Jurong Innovation District). The Central Business District is in central areas accessible via Raffles and City Hall MRT interchanges.

Ghib san is getting more and more famous everyday ~😂😂 aiya you were in tampines which is near bedok 85.. I hope you managed to visit bedok 85. Lots of good food at the hawker there.

Thank you for showing the school where I studied last time! Yes, there are schools in Singapore which are painted with bright colours, with different colours of uniform for each school. You should pay a visit to Nanyang Primary School, that school is really unique and has rainbow colours!

Finally! Was waiting for this video ever since I recommended you to explore Tampines in the comment section of your Sengkang video. Did you find any old neighbourhood in Tampines? The area around Block 201 is one of the best places to explore.

If you still have the grab boys contact when they enlist they could invite you to join them on their enlistment date. Probably your chance to travel to tekong 😂 but not sure camera is allow . Regardless you can go there and experience plus have a meal too😂

Ojisan, you must check out this year's Thaipusam procession. This year it falls on 8th Feb Saturday. It's a whole day affair. Go to Little India and see something that's only happened once a year.

Hey Ghib you should come to the west side, visit Jurong Lake Garden really nice place. And maybe try Boon Lay Power Nasi Lemak, alot of old buildings here too if you're interested.

You could try going to Changi Village area. It’s near the changi beach, and also the small changi point ferry terminal to go to pulau ubin (: there’s many good food around there too.. and feel quite different than tampines or sengkang!

if you want an old estate feel, try heading to Tanglin Halt. there's some pretty good food there but you need to know the right time to go.

Surprised to see a Maris Stella boy (or former Maris Stella boy) in the video. Good that he can answer the question on stressful living in an objective manner.

Hey ghib ! You should head down to jurong east . Its the west side of SG . You can go find alot of things . Got 5 malls ( jcube, big box, jems, westgate & IMM) & a hospital just beside of the malls . 😅 you should try head down . Enjoy your day ghib!

Tampines Hub was sort of a replacement for the old football stadium that was there. But they threw in a lot more stuff and made it a lot more modern and interesting. The library there is great, they have lots of indoor courts for badminton, basketball, etc, and also a rockclimbing wall. Two free movie screening areas for the public, and other areas for community activities.

i have stayed in Tampines for 38 years since i was 6 years old when there was no bus interchange and the trees you see along the roads are just planted. Compared to many older neighbourhood, Tampines is quite young. in fact, it was once called Tampines new town. Because of the close proximity to Changi Airport, Tampines was sort of like a small business hub and a popular choice for expats who need to travel frequently and professionals who need to work at the airport. That is some of the reasons why it was so well developed and have so many malls compared to many neighbourhoods in the east.

There are a few coffee shops near the hawker centre and the food is good also. For this hawker centre, you should go in the morning. All stalls are open.

Thank you for making a videon on Tampines. Did you drop by Simei (which is a stone throw from Tampimes) Although not much at Simei, perhaps the viewers residing at Simei would like to bum into you 😊

Tiong Bahru, Toa Payoh & Ang Mo Kio are some of Singapore’s oldest estates.

Still suprised you haven't visited Jurong area. There is a whole park called Japanese garden beside the Chinese garden (we have an MRT litterally named that too) that is near a lake (jurong lake park). Yeah we have a park in a park in another park. Not to mention Jurong East is the only place i know that have 4 (used to be 5) shopping malls near that MRT station.

Come to Pasir Ris Mister Ghib, its really peaceful, the main attraction is Pasir Ris Park. Take an MRT to punggol and take bus 89 to the bus stop blk 515 and the park is there

There's actually TWO food courts in Tampines Hub you missed walked outta there . A very nice Library, movie theatre , gym, swimming pool and supermarket in that same building. Ok , apparently you headed in the wrong direction where the best foods are @ Tampines , try come back next time better prepared.

Tampines is very big. You have only covered abit of tampines west and central. Nonetheless, welcome to my neighbourhood!

You didn't drop by at one of the biggest public library, gym, swimming pool and the bowling allay in Tampines hub?

Ojisan, the hawker centre that you ate Prawn Noddle is called The Round Market, it operates mainly in the morning till about 12noon. There are lots of good and cheap food there, you should try visiting it on Sunday to feel the vibrancy. Tampines Town is designed to be the Regional Hub that's why there are a few malls in the centre near to the MRT station.

Most neighbourhood estates in Singapore have now been upgraded with modern shopping malls n foodcourts. I can only think of Changi Village (small residential area) where you can still feel "old neighbourhood" and it is near Changi Beach. At least you will spend at least half a day there.

U can go bedok north market at blk 216. They are alot of nice food there. u just take mrt from Tampines to bedok very near.
