​@@jamesgraves9858Sadly it happens quite often. I fully support law abiding citizens rights to own firearms, but basic firearm safety is crucial. Guns need to be secured when stored, I also think if someone has firearms stored and children, they should teach the kids early on about gun safety, and how dangerous they truly are. That combined with say locking it in a safe or keeping it out of reach really help mitigate accidents. Unfortunately many people are beyond reckless with firearms, just like the woman in the video.

That's what gets me the most. The kids. That kid may be the only one who loves still loves her, and she has probably done years and years of damage to that kid.

There should be an additional criminal charge for intentionally urinating in the car. Make the fine $500 and 30 days in jail.

I love how the cop is real with her, saying "what is wrong with you? You have a daughter in the car!". You don't often hear a cop call someone out. It's satisfying to hear.

A friend and coworker got a call at work, He was told his son was in a auto pedestrian accident, His son was the pedestrian.. When he got to the scene, his son was covered in a yellow sheet . Dead. The person that hit his son, was a very close friend of his. The guy was dead drunk. My coworker asked his friend, What's wrong with you? Coworker told me, all he did is stare at him, in a drunken state.. The coworker, was a reserve police officer.. The way he acted was in a state of shock. As if reality hasn't hit him yet.. After 2 weeks, I talked to him about it, He said, when he ever pulls over drunk drivers and there are children with them, he always asks, What's wrong with you? He and I worked together for the railroad and after his son's death, he became a full time officer, in hopes of getting drunks off the streets and saving at least one life doing it.

The longer she resists the longer her daughter is sitting there alone and scared. What a sad excuse for a human.

I seriously wonder if she was suicidal, that's how out of control she was. She was BEING as vile as she could, with no care. Some people want to die and take anyone with them. I had a woman try and go head on with me on a bridge, no where to go, lucky she swerved. Notice how she acted like she felt much more in control and calmer/happier after she urinated all over the backseat and moved her cuffs to the frontside and made a spectacle about how she wasnt going to clean it up. More proof as to why bodycam must be shown in court, prior to sentencing, in front of everyone and their mother, to make them face their behavior while sober. I've heard of use of excessive force but never use of excessive kindness. These cops were the most patient men I've ever seen. Patient to the point I was getting frustrated myself just watching! You guys are good people.

When I've been stopped with kids in the car, the first thing I've done is tell the officer there are kids in the car. I'd hate for them to respond to an unexpected movement at the edge of their vision. I don't know what this woman is doing or why, but she seems full of, and driven by, hatred, and it completely overrides any concern for the kid.

Thankfully her child won't have to be around such a piece of shit mother much more after this arrest. She'll either end up with family while mom is locked up, or be sent to live with a foster family if she loses custody entirely. Either way, that kid is probably better off. Such a horrible example to show your child.

I was on the LAPD in my late 20's and early 30's. I saw all of the worst type of people that you could imagine. I even worked during several riots in L.A. Oddly enough, people seem so much worse now. They are not more dangerous, but their attitudes are ridiculous compared to 30 years ago. I search my mind to recall attitudes like this woman, and I can't think of one. I recall once having a dude wait while his block was searched. A canine team was working, and no one could enter the perimeter. The guy got impatient and started to walk toward his apartment, and I grabbed him, told him to sit his a** down, or one of the dogs would catch him and eat his a** up...etc. The man then sat down and shut up. I don't get how citizens today think they can tell you what to do on the job. It simply blows my mind. I don't recall anyone ever telling me that they did not have to do whatever I told them. This blows my mind.

Shes too drunk to follow simple commands and she just threatened to, “run into traffic.” He’s not breaking physical contact with her so she doesnt get the chance to do something stupid. Since you have never been behind the camera you have no idea what the cops put up with. When you grow up and your family is at risk by drunks you’ll think differently or when you loose a family member. Why don’t you do a ride along and you’ll feel like a target in the cruiser.

Law Enforement and the Judiciary have to get tougher on driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs EVERYWHERE in every country on our roads. There should be ZERO TOLERANCE of this criminal act and much heavier penalties imposed. Poor little child in this case - completely defenseless and mother driving at 90 mph under the influence. A LIFE BAN On DRIVING FOR THIS UNFIT MOTHER.

The child abuse and DUI should NEVER be dropped or negotiated. She should lose custody of the child until she can prove that she is sober.

This cop is a great guy. He was so kind and gentle with the kid. Clearly one of the good guys who just wants to help make the world safe and protect the innocents. I've seen plenty of cops who are pricks to anyone, kids included. Not this guy. You can hear the justice in his voice.
