Mark is the happiest guy in the world. His genuine love for food is simply unmatched. Other than Anthony Bourdain, this guy is the best. I have been trying to cook some of the food that I see showcased and I love that I can eat healthily and enjoy the taste of the food.

Mark's videos are the ones helping me getting through this pandemic time.

Man, that guy is a fearless gastronome that'll eat every bit of an animal, any amount of chillies and always comes up smiling! The very few times I've seen him eat something he didn't like, he did his very best to hide his displeasure from those around him. An exceptionally polite gentleman that looks like he's really enjoying life. It's inspiring. Good luck to Mark & all his family!

I love watching Mark Weins video especially that I'm locked here in the four corners of my apartment, imagining that the vienna sausages and mac n cheese that I stashed are as tasty as what he eats in each country around the world.

The last time I came to Bangkok was served hotel food, I didn't have time to try culinary in this market, I hope I can go to Thailand again to enjoy this culinary, thank you for creating a vlog in this market, Mark.

In Thailand we reconstruct sushi into "Larb", meaning we use raw sushi and create "Thai spicy dish on sushi" called "Larb". You should try it! It's so delicious.

Yeah I didn't know either but after watching more of Mark's videos i realised she was married to Mark and they have a child named Micah which normally travels with them too. They make a great team because most of the times Mark will be in front of the camera while Ying holding the camera and the child, capturing all the amazing foods.

Lately I've been having big cravings for hot peppers and very spicy food, thanks Mark you're videos are awesome

Thanks you mark. I got to try it last year December 2019 at the night market before coming back to the states right before the pandemic and it was bomb.

Been to Thailand a few times,thought i knew what 'spicy' was...I learned the hard way . The way i see Mark eating,wearing a T-shirt, ''if it ain't spicy i wont eat it'' ? Respect man ;)

I LOVED that you included Ying’s tasting and review of the food. It should always be included. Its nice to have different people’s take on the food and if she is eating something different too. I asked for it when you were in the middle east. Please include her as much as possible. It’s nice to have a woman’s point of view. You should include any shopping she does too, since you have started sharing where you stay and giving a little tour of the destinations.
