Bluegabe, what boat ramp did you guys use? Chickamauga Lake is my home lake and I have never seen that many lunkers at once! And by the way I could have had you going a lot faster, I was an ASE certified tech for 15 years and live in the area.

Just a tip for next time, there is usually a diagram under the hood of the belt pattern and you can ask the parts store for the diagram as well. The parts store will usually have a lot of info they can print for you if you just ask! Happy y'all got it done and figured out!

Yeah the good old days when they had the belt diagram under the hood....My GF had a 2004 Ford Explorer and I found out you had to lift the engine about 4 inches out of the SUV just to change the thermostat. Dealer wanted $800 and said it was a 6 hour job...🤮 I am absolutely disgusted with the way vehicles are being built.

Gabe, where you were at in this video is about 60 mi from where I am in Western North Carolina. I'm in Murphy at the Hiawassee River and Lake Hiawassee. That was what I was saying to you a while back about coming up and doing some trout fishing. I'll have to check out their Charter, I miss my bass fishing from Central Florida when I used to fish local tournaments when I was in my teen years back in the 70s on the chain of lakes in Winter Haven.

THAT is an awesome trophy bass fishery!!! Back in late November of 2005 ( or 2006? ) I tried to get any one of my buddies to go bass fishing with me at the Stick Marsh/Farm 13 in Fellsmere Fl. Everyone had plans & couldn't go, so I bought 4 doz jumbo wild shiners & went myself. ( I have tons of pictures to prove this day. ) Using 2 baitcast outfits, I set out the first 2 baits at exactly noon. By 4:30, I had caught 35 bass. ( Not a single gar, bowfin/mudfish, catfish, or pickerel was hooked. ) The 5 biggest were two 10 lb'ers, one 9 ( that was 28.5" long and the longest bass I ever caught in my life ), and two 8 lb'ers, so these 5 biggest bass weighed 45 lbs. Plus there were many 7's, 6's, with the majority being 5 lb'ers, and VERY few were under 4 lbs. The total weight for these 35 bass came to 162 POUNDS!!! So far, I've got four 12 lb'ers under my belt, thirteen 10's ( no 11's, oddly enough ), and I literally gave up counting the 7 & 8 lb bass I've caught over the years ( on both wild shiners and artificials).........but that afternoon in late November of 2005/6 was the single best day of trophy bass fishing I've ever experienced in my life. Many other great days as well, but not quite as good as this awesome day. People who refuse to fish with live bait are truly missing out. In January of 2017, I lost the biggest bass of my life down in the southwest corner of Farm 13. I was able to turn the fish once and she came to the surface so I got a good look at her, right as she spit my grass jig, which shot past my right shoulder like a bullet. I could've cried. I tell everyone that bass had to weigh 15 lbs, because it dwarfed the 12 lb'ers I've caught before. But I know that bass was closer to 17 lbs, if not bigger. Another bass fisherman was only 20 yds away and witnessed the whole thing. While fighting that giant, I didn't realize it, but he swore that bass was towing my boat around. Before I saw the fish, it was SO big & powerful, I swore to myself "There's no way this is a bass, it's gotta be either a giant blue cat or an alligator". I'll never forget the sight of that monster bass when it surfaced & spit my grass jig as long as I live.

You could have won any bass tournament in Tennessee with those five biggest fish! 👍

I could have made a living fixing broken hunting rigs, and I was a cop not a mechanic. I learned right away manuals and lots of tools. When I was doing that there was no cell phones all we had was CB radios. But we had the times of our lives. I gotta tell you I miss Beachy. Oh yah we killed our share of Elk and Deer and a couple bears.
