As a gun enthusiasts and avid 2a supporter, that guy is the very reason the 2a is constantly attacked by politicians and most democrats. He should 100000% be arrested for his actions. That's not something to take lightly at all. He could have shot you!!! Legally you could have shot him!!! I know you stated you didn't want him locked up, and i respect your opinion, but i think he needs locked up to fully understand what he has done. It makes me angry thinking about it. You have children and a wife to go home to. Sorry for the rant. im just shocked he done that

I agree with almost every word you said! I say almost…because I just want to clarify something: it’s absolutely a misconception that “most” democrats attack the 2A or for that matter, aren’t armed themselves. A huge percentage of the democrats I know actually strongly support our constitutional rights. They just want stronger controls on gun ownership & carrying-primarily because of people like this guy in the video, as well as mass shooters using high powered rifles. And a not-insignificant number of them (mostly the most liberal ones!) also own and use firearms themselves.

I'm a kayak guy, and i have to say it's really cool that you slow down for people in small boats. Not all guys are like that. That wingnut has no business slinging a gun around like that. That's the kind of guy that feeds the "Florida Man" meme. What a discrace.

@@user-sh2mk8ew4c he’s using Lew’s Equipment this year. But I have expensive shimano reels and cheap Lew’s stuff from Walmart and I can do it with both. Lots of Practice makes it easy my friend.

I have heard of some bad things happening with fishman rage. Really awesome how you handled that. And the courtesy to slow down for other boats is something I wish others would do where I fish. I do my best not to wake other boats. Hats off to you. Oh and thanks for throwing a white chatterbait in other videos. I decided to try that and I was nailing them. Love that bait now!

But if I may suggest for you to look at the DJI wireless mics that gets rid of all the wind noise when your out on the boat. Also i am friends with SmallWater charters and they know your dad. I think we should do a video you and I against your dad and Jon from SmallWater. They fish Donkey land!🤣🤣

How fast is too fast? How do you navigate with two graphs blocking your view when getting on pad and the nose of your boat is pointing at 10 oclock? Is that safe for you or others? Serious question...

I appreciate professional bass fisherman showing how much even they struggle sometimes. I spent a week on Istokpoga a couple years ago and didn't catch a fish until my last day when I caught a number of decent bass. It was mentally taxing.

What if that was one of your kids that was driving your boat, and that guy pulled a gun on them? 100% Call the authorities, that waste of air needs to be held responsible. Scott, you are a class act. Keep it up!

Your probably one of the best bass fishermen ever. Good person and lots of class. Just because there’s no speed limit through those small canals, doesn’t mean go as fast as you want cause your a professional in a tournament. The old guy pulling the gun probably wasn’t justifiable but I get it

Man when you couldn't stop for the first guy it should've been a mental sign to slow down in the canals until you get to the main lake. Roland would've never did that to a fellow fisherman. Tighten up and tight lines.

Despite the odd behavior of Harris Chain in this tournament, I'm still dying to do some Florida lake fishing some day. I did some pond hopping in Orlando once on a short family trip, but I'm still gunning to get down there and spend time fishing in these lakes.

The Chain has been heavily pressured all year. The fish are in a funk. Check out what the Hobie Boss kayak tournament anglers did on the chain. It was down right impressive.

Most people dont realize that a bass boat going by you on pad creates a smaller wake than going by you at idle. A pontoon, on the other hand has so much water displacement that it is the same at idle or WOT. Stay safe out there

The guy with the gun should definitely go to jail, and I understand Scott wasn't breaking the law by running that canal, but I can't believe they allow people to run wide open down that narrow ass canal! That's dangerous as hell, and now I see why those two assholes that drove over each other in a prior tournament in Florida thought it would be okay to speed down a narrow canal. I know the canal they ran was NO WAKE, but this canal should at least have some speed limit on it. WTF
