    That was great! Fathers should lead with a good example and inspire his kids to be the best they can be. You can see Devon is really passionate about his work/purpose.

    Wow! Wow! This is powerful talk + charge. Mr. B., you are a greater soul and simplifier. This teaching is a must watch for every male. Fatherhood is leadership and leadership is influence. A man who can't positively influence his family is unfit to lead in the larger sphere. Let me end by saying that Fatherhood is destiny; is a unique ministry and purpose.
