I learned this also, that trying to act how you are told to act by other people, is a very bad idea. I think part of the issue is you start to waste brain resources into thinking how you are acting instead of just focusing on the current situation and conversation.

what are your thoughts about how to be yourself, because a lot of people don't even know who they are. Im starting to realise who i am and whats my purpose, but you need to give these people some toughts like your work reflects on how you feel about yourself and other people they will see how you carry yourself. I hope this give you more inspiration, because i see that you're intelligent. I see that you want to work on yourself, and help others, thats why i respect you. Keep going you got this.

If you don't have a basic identity and core intergrated sense of self you might have an identity disturbance or a cluster b personality disorder. Not sure what or if there's anything you can do about it. If you didn't develop these things in early childhood or learn how to be a real person in the first years of life while your brain was developing and forming it's pretty much impossible to develop them later in life, the identity and personality structure has been formed already. Usually these people develop a false self early on in life and that's how they survive. They mimic and imitate other peoples personalities and are chameleons.
