    Here are some ideas for me to do and maybe for others too :) 1. Get one of those "destroy this book" books (or create your own) 2. Cook a new meal 3. Call a friend you havent heard of in a while 4. Draw a self portrait 5. Try crocheting/knitting 6. Write a letter (look into Postcrossing its awesome) 7. Go to the library, pick a book thats interessting and do some research for fun 8. Go people watch and create stories about them 9. Give a stranger a compliment 10. Go for a walk and pet some cats 11. Look up hiking routes near you 12. Walk through your neighborhood on paths you didnt walk before 13. Go outside and do a scavenger hunt 14. Build a pillowcastle 15. Explore random streets on google street view 16. Buy a snack you've never tried 17. Find a tree to climb in 18. play a (video) game with friends 19. Deepclean your space 20. Look up events in your area, maybe something interessting is coming up 21. Go to a Fleamarket 22. Craft a sword out of wood/paper/carton 23. Bake something delicious 24. Go jump in puddles when it rains 25. Buy a pack of small, cheap dinosaur figures and gift then to people (thats how i made some friends, i gave little dinosaurs to strangers who i thought could be my frie ds haha) The list could go on and on but i think thats enough for now :) I really enjoyed this video!

    I think what you’re on about is the concept of “wonder” which people tend to lose when they grow older. You’re absolutely right in the fact that we need to get more random and special experiences as often as possible - people will just bedrot and scroll IG all day asking why they’re not happy anymore. They’re not allowing themselves to even be happy in the first place.

    What helps me when things seem hopeless: 1. Recognize the unhappiness or boredom and don’t suppress it by binge watching. 2. Don’t stress about your plans not working, aim for “good enough” and keep in mind you can ALWAYS try again. 3. Realize that everything around you has and will affect your thoughts and mood. Be nice to your future self.

    @@Cartilover1629 I've been focused on removing what I always knew were my main distractions (e.g. Doomscrolling, Tinder, Videogames) and realized I have more time than I thought for working on things I enjoy. I regained my focus at the gym and I'm going 6x a week before work in the morning, my friends and family look at me weird when I tell them I go on morning runs 3x a week (specially since it's really cold here in Argentina at the moment). Started doing new things like painting and working on music (really inspired atm, working on my first song) which takes a lot of courage to suck at something new, but you must keep doing it until you become great at it, while also having enough time to read and journal (currently reading The 4-Hour Workweek). Also reconnected with a lot of old friends, and all of this just gives me so much energy that feeds into new things. It's been going great!

    It really is fun to watch these series' characters just vibing and living life to their fullest. As a kid I always wanted to be like them but I wasn't able to point out why I WASN'T. Thanks to this video, now I see that they just think about their day without any distractions or skepticism. I always lived distracting myself out of boredom through spcial media and videogames, to the point it got unhealthy. Thankfully, though, my body reacted and started giving me signals like headaches and other physical ailments to indicate something wasn't right. This is when I started looking for content like this, it's so refreshing and it opens my eyes to what I needed, so thank you for that! I definitely want to eventually try living with the bravery of Finn and Jake, the creativity of Phineas and Ferb, and the positivity of Spongebob. I’m in the same boat, I even cut off a friend who I tried to hang out with for over 2 years and she always made excuses. And she lives in the same town. Right now I’m just doing more things on my own. Since I love art, I find different art events in my town, go to them and hope to find some friends along the way. But either way I always have fun. I’d consider looking for events in your area that might interest you, going alone can still be fun :)

    There was a job interview presentation, where I spent 4 days staying up til 1 am to study and prepare a data set presentation for. I took an expensive early train to get there, which took 3 hours to get there. When I got there, the hiring manager completely forgot that there was supposed be an interview that day so they had to reschedule my interview. It sounds like an awful horrible day. But when I found out that my train ticket allows me to go to stop by London mid journey, I knew I had to end my day with something fun and good. So I decided to buy a ticket to watch the Your Lie in April musical play, where MattPat Game Theory was also gonna be there to say hello to fans. Both the musical and the opportunity to meet MattPat made me forget about the job interview, I found myself enjoying the wonderful music and story in the play. I had the wonderful oppurtunity to talk to MattPat and I even took pictures with him. Remember, everyone of you deserves a happy exciting life every day. Sometimes there are things that go wrong and ruin your day. But you deserve happiness, and you have the power to convert a bad/boring day into a good day.

    hi bro, i grew up with spongebob and p&f. idk about the 3rd one. this video is literally the most motivating sht ive seen for a long time! i felt like im chatting with a best friend. i already had those motivations as a mid20s boy (you know back in the day we grew up with disney xd shows that always tells us about how short is time and how we must think to spend it with the best possible way) but sometimes you just need a friend to talk to in order to remember and understand better. nowadays unfortunately those disney xd or nickelodeon sense has gone away and replaced by tiktok and instagram sense. anyway, already subscribed thanks a lot bro!!!

    Your concept of "writing future stories" is brilliant. Totally gonna take that tip! I already try to approach each day as something special. I often think about the idea that this day, with it's particular rotation around the sun, with it's unique weather affected by so many other elements, with its own arrangement of people, time, connections...all of it happens only on this day and will never happen again with its unique combination. I never want to nap or "waste" a day when I think about that.

  • @DoofenSpyroDragon16
    @DoofenSpyroDragon1627 күн бұрын

    Another thing to add on about Phineas and Ferb: Whenever it was raining outside, they never complained much about the weather, they basically compromised and still found ways to have fun. In The Great Indoors, they made a giant sphere that could simulate any environment, and in Hide and Seek when it was raining, they played Hide and Seek (obviously, and with a shrinking device) Just some observations from a fellow P and F fan 😁

    It can be regained, Ive wondered for a bit why I seemed wiser, smarter, and happier at 19 and younger than I do now. And I think it's because somewhere I let the uncertainty of the world get to me. It's hard, but I feel like I'm starting to embrace it. And I'm starting to learn to acknowledge and work on problems without letting them consume me until they're done. And appreciate what I have whether it's sticking around for awhile or not. Personally, starting to do the actions instead of planning them out first has absolutely made me the happiest. Sometimes life can get monotone and stressful but it will always be up to us to change that for ourselves. The more I live the best I understand this. Something that could help u start is asking yourself at any given moment: how can I be having more fun? Or, how can I make the most out of this? And whatever answer pops in your head just. do it. Allow yourself to have more fun. Responsabilities won't go anywhere while you try enjoying yourself a little more. Trust.

I used to be annoyed when I saw I needed to work. But now im looking forward to working with some of my coworkers and when Im there I socialize with them, smile and laugh with them, or just talk em. Then theres the drive home, as A car enthusiast, I love driving back on the mountain pass, really fun to rip up that road and I'm thankful that I have it and that I have an 80s manual Toyota just like I wanted. Theres a lot we dont think about that we should be thankful for. If your religious or not, just start by reciting the best moments of your day at the end of it. Eventually your life will seriously look up!

I feel isolated where I live now, and it doesn't help that almost everything I do is still closed down for the summer... well, I was walking home and a runner passed me. It for some reason made me think, "hey, why don't I start going for some brief morning runs?" Maybe I'll try that, just as a fun experiment.

There were a lot of good moments too, but mostly I just wanted to sleep and have some personal space (I have now).
