The Most Important Event Ever | A Biblical Worldview
The most important event in human history centers around the significance of Jesus Christ's role in human salvation. In this Biblical Worldview episode, United Church of God president, Rick Shabi, challenges traditional views on communion, instead advocating the observance of the New Testament Christian Passover-just as Jesus Christ observed, taught and commanded (as did all of His apostles and followers for the rest of their lives, decades after Christ's death and resurrection.) The Sabbath is a great blessing ! It has been more than 58 year’s ago that I started keeping the Sabbath. My husband joined me three years later. God has blessed us in many ways during that time.and continues to bless me to carry on to keep the Sabbath even though I have been a widow for almost 7 years now.. No other god but our God !

Thank you for this great sermon. When I say Sat. is my Sabbath, people always say, "oh are you Jewish"😄 no I say, I'm a Christian who follows the law. I leave them very confused😊!!

I ran across someone who said "that's your Sabbath, my Sabbath is Sunday." I told him " it isn't your Sabbath or my Sabbath, it's God's Sabbath" He smiled and said " that's right because He rested on that day " I just looked at him for a few seconds, he obviously still didn't get it.

Approximately 12 years ago when I heard the same message of Rick Shabi through "Holy Spirit" I disassociated myself from the Roman Church I was brought up and even refused to call myself a "Christian" and continue to call myself a "Spiritual Jew" honoring God's Holy Days as Jesus expressly told to uphold as commanded in Matthew 5:17-20.

Once sundaykeeping christians know the truth about The Sabbath and they leave their former church, they say that keeging Gods Holy Day has brought them a better understanding by keeping it, and they have more joy and peace! They are blessed!

When people bring up religion,I always that I am a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church! And they sometimes say oh, you keep Saturday don't you? And as I say yes, and we call it The Sabbath, so they know I do not eat pork! Many know of our faith but, they don't care to know the doctrines and why The Sabbath is important to us! I know of another church that is widely known for keeping The Sabbath, it's the United Church of God! Has anyone heard of it! It's teachings are very close to our teachings but, a tad different because they keep God 7 Feasts as it says in the O/T! Lev 23, well all have a very peaceful Sabbath! 😊😊

So you say that The Kingdom of God will be established on earth. Jesus said, The Kingdom of God is within... Luke 17:21 The Kingdom of Heaven is on earth and The Holy City: The New Jerusalem will come down to earth and only those who bear good fruit will enter. Jesus did not institute Passover. He said, Whenever you do this, (breaking bread) do this in remembrance of Me. And then Jesus was betrayed on that evening of the Passover Meal. Jesus was arrested, tortured and crucified During the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Mark 14:12 I'm looking for a church that is open to the new revelations from what is already written. You must be born again.

kath -- Rick did not "pick" the 21st, the 14th day of God's first month falls on man's 4/21, the 14th is the preparation day for Passover
