"He Gets Us": Do You Get Him? | A Biblical Worldview
United Church of God president, Rick Shabi, responds to the thought-provoking Super Bowl ad "He Gets Us" which depicts Jesus washing feet, sparking discussions about its significance. That ad has created a lot of discussion and revealed how many people do not really know why Jesus washed His disciples’ feet. So the question is asked, “Jesus Gets Us, but do you really 'get' Him," then Mr. Shabi goes to the Bible to answer those questions.
Rick Shabi dives into the biblical perspective on Jesus' life, teachings, and the pathway to salvation. Join the journey of exploring the truths of the Bible and understanding the essence of knowing Jesus beyond surface-level knowledge. If you want to know the truth, you must look at the Bible and not just follow man’s words.
Watch to gain insights into biblical views on the future and the role of faith in navigating uncertain times.

keep STRIVING!
When I first saw "He Gets Us" campaign my first thought was 'of course He does, but do we get Him'? it is incumbent on us to get Him.
Amen 🙏
Powerful teaching - please keep moving forward as God allows.
Amen

REPENT & BE BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF JESUS
There is a problem with your view and that is that Jesus told the thief on the cross that he would be with him in paradise this DAY SO this means that Your theory is wrong

One can hardly call paradise being in the grave for 3 days and 3 nights! This is a translation error of a misplaced comma. Jesus was telling him that day, you will be with Me in paradise. The rest of the Bible shows that the saints will be in paradise at the resurrection when Jesus Christ returns (1 Cor. 15, 1 Thes. 4, Heb. 11). I hope this little bit helps you. I hope you'll take up Mr. Shabi's offer to take advantage of all UCG teaches.

when did Yeshua become a ad anyway HE DIDN'T and never will be. that HORRENDOUS WRECKLACE attempt at showing who Yeshua is should NEVER be shown again. THE SON OF GOD is just THAT! i came not to do my will but to do the WILL of him that sent me.

the ad was to spread the teaching that Yeshua didnt come to foster hate since many people in this generation think thats what the Bible is about.
