Another excellent video, as you said visibility wasn’t great but you could still see most of the gold underwater. I think you have said before in a video or maybe Rob did, you’re not allowed to sell the gold you find which I find bonkers. What is the reason for this??

I never cease to enjoy the videos of the incredible Tassie forest & rivers that you (& Rob) bring to us Levi. The fact that you sometimes get a big haul of gold is a bonus that I believe makes all your viewers happy for you. To me the iron (?) coating on the gold adds to its character. A just reward for your hard effort. PS. Here in W.A. it is the heat & potential lack of water that must constantly be in a prospectors mind. 🥵 🥶.

Sometimes I think the crevice your digging in, is the reef. Or part of it. Especially after seeing the gold cleaned with HCl. Years of big rock and boulders bashing over that brittle quartz ,slowly releasing the gold. Which than sinks deeper into the crevice. Just a thought. I'm sure there is other mixed in with it, but that rough gold came from there. I dig gold out of quartz vein that looks just like that. Great video! May all your days be golden.😊
