Its wild the production of these videos. His team is consistently putting out the best made fishing videos, its better than watching tv or a movie at this point.

This is probably the best video I’ve seen of your tournament career Chris! I’m not saying that because of the large number of fish you caught, the great information you shared or the place you finished in the tournament, but rather your overall joy and happiness that is so infectious! I had to smile myself just watching, as it made me genuinely happy for you and lifted me up as well! I have always enjoyed your content, but this one is even more special because everyone can feel how much fun you are having here and it’s just a great moment to share.

You’re joking right? I broke more Megabass rods than any brand in my career. I’m very hard on rods, which says everything about how well my 13s are built. I assume you didn’t watch the video but when you high stick a rod that’s not made for the bait you have tied on because the trolling motor came down on the butt of the one you brought- it will happen 😜

Megabass are fantastic rods but they are very very sensitive, to bites and breaks. Know what you're talking about in the future so you don't keep looking like a D bag

Thank you, Chris, for including the clips of you breaking rods and not cutting that stuff out to avoid disappointing your sponsors. It adds some realism to your videos and for those of us that watch your videos not only to be entertained, but to be educated, that helps us to understand that this stuff happens to pros too. Thanks again! Keep it real 👊🏼

Find the size of thin walled aluminum arrow shaft, cut a foot piece and keep it in the boat. I am fishing with a custom rod that broke in the same exact place. I cut it with a dremel and cutting wheel, put just enough tape on the arrow shaft (2413) to keep it secure in the rod, and taped the shit out of it. Feel’s actually good. So I’m still using it lol.

Them northern fish probably only see a spoon when the lakes are frozen. Great move in my opinion on breaking out the spoon that is what separates real fisherman from the regular crowd that is doing what everyone else is. You are all ways trying to do something different and that’s what I love about your style. Keep it up. I know better days are coming for you next year. Now it’s time to just go have some fun fishing with Tate!!

I miss the fishing in California and my buddies that still live there, but not the traffic and ridiculous cost of living.

I understand rods can break but it’s not a fine China case and should be able to take a little abuse.

Rods should never endure some of the torture I put them through. I don’t baby my rods at all and have minimal breaks with my 13s. Much less than any other rod company I’ve used in the past. Everything that happened with those rods was 10000000% user error
