Oven Vegetables - Today I'm making a healthy and very tasty oven-roasted vegetable that everyone loves! The recipe for the veggies is very simple - chop the veggies and bake them in the oven! I use cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, peppers and onions, some olive oil and spices... and of course sea salt is a must! These vegetables from the oven are very aromatic and always better than meat :-)... or also great as a side dish.

1 broccoli
2 peppers
500 grams of Brussels sprouts
2 red onions
1/2 cauliflower
garlic powder
onion powder
sea salt and white pepper
3-4 tbsp olive oil

Нужно сначала дать соли раствориться, а потом срвсем немного масла добавить. Соль в масле не растворяется. Всегда готовлю овощи только в духовке или на пару, но на противень масло не лью, а просто воду.
