Warm milk 150 ml
150 ml hot water
Sugar 2 tablespoons
dry yeast 6 g
Vegetable oil 80 ml
Wheat flour 450-500 g
Salt 1 teaspoon
Mix melted butter 80 ml + vegetable oil 80 g
White cheese as needed
Mix egg yolk + 2 spoons of milk
Apply on the dough
