You could see Paul break inside after that dinner service and his talk with Ramsay. It was so sad, dudes depressed and probably burnt out

Sharon is a happy lady and you can tell she’s genuine in her desserts

in a nutshell: routine kills passion. chefs should change their menu frequently to keep the passion alive. always come up with new recipes to keep the creativity and passion going. thats also attractive for customers to try out new menus with every visit.

24:20 can someone explain why he is making fresh fetticcini one second and then uses store bought cappolini the next? they made it seem like he used fresh pasta to serve and he didn't....you cant make fresh fetticcini in 15 minutes lol even a skilled pasta cook can barely do that.

In a restaurant you would, obviously if it was fast food it would be different but when you go to a restaurant you can expect to pay between $15-30

How & why almost 90% restaurant has the same personality owner and they all can changed in a heart beat? Are they all have a part time job as actor/actress?

2nd show, the daughter is 42 years old and living at home...hasn't had a paycheck in 2 years. Why didn't she move out the other 20 odd years?

I thought waiting an hour for your food was normal... It's one of the reasons I hate going to restaurants, along with the noise and the risk of food poisoning. As a kid I have had soo many bad experiences waiting an hour or more for food and being very hungry because I was with my family travelling or celebrating a birthday or something. Also one time I received salmon that was raw at a super popular and expensive restaurant and it was like at least $50 (I wasn't paying I could never afford that)

I don't like the furniture in the Junction. I feel it looks cheap, like in a fast food restaurant over here. All the rest ok. And really, why not let them choose one item they could keep, e.g. the aligator. The guest room is for my taste just too plain and has no atmosphere any more at all. One could have implemented the positive aspects of opening up space and cutting down the crowded jungle a little differently. There are always many possibilities of room design.
