Of all the episodes I've seen I get the feeling that Gordon felt the most passion, love and care for this bunch. I've never seen him put so much work into a restaurant on this show. Tragic that Joe went through what he did. Genuinely not going to finish this episode after reading the comments about Joe. Much love to all his family and friends, not that it's of any consolation.
@krishapatil7783

Gordon is definitely the type of guy who loves his art with a passion and I think his passion for this lot comes from the chefs being young, he wanted to see them succeed and do something new for the art. And also the fact that Joe was respectful and thought highly of Gordon from the start and didn't treat him like a hurricane which came to destroy his vision for the restaurant. I feel so sad that Joe had to take that step specially when he was so happy and hopeful by the end. I wish the best for his family.

I saw people saying he ended his life because of an affair with one of the employees that ruined his marriage. People like that woman who complained about the food do this all the time, they go into a resturaunt, eat the whole meal then demand a refund to eat free. tbh i feel for Katie who got sent home. I know the industry and how they play favourites with their buddies. The one who takes her job seriously doesn't have time to be best friends with everyone else, so she gets shorted, because she's not as popular. Depression doesn't discriminate. So many people, especially men, feel the need to put on a "brave" face to the world when they're crumbling inside. Too many men have been told from a young age to repress their emotions and not to cry. So very sad to hear that Jo took his own life. To those saying its a "selfish" or "weak" act; count yourselves lucky that you've never felt there is no way out and that you feel there is no other option. Suicide is tragic for all involved. Nobody wants to die, but depression can get so bad that living feels impossible. It's so easy to judge when you arent in someone's head,knowing what they're going through. I hope Jo's family is managing through it together and are finding some way towards recovering ❤

Joe's mom Pat looks like Sharon Osborne. She comes across as one of the best mothers in the whole world! I am really sorry to learn of the passing of Joe but judging from Joe's kind hearted and hard working personality, we can all see that he was raised well. Big ups to his mom and dad.

I love it when Gordon knows right away if something has been frozen or microwaved. The cooks just look even dumber when they lie about how they prepared the food. You’re absolutely right that GR cannot be fooled nor can anyone make him look foolish, they just dig themselves a deeper pit of shame and embarrassment. He seems to really care about people and I don’t believe it’s just put on for his television series. He sets a good example of how to treat your boss and your customers with respect, how to keep their kitchens clean, and so on.

I like how the restaurant redesign in the dining room was so minimal that they literally had to slap on a gray filter over the "Before"-shot and film the "After"-shot at a different angle in an attempt to make it seem different . They just added a couple Candles.
Food can't be that bad if they take it home. And if the only thing ramsey has to say about the freezer is that there is too much food is a good sign as well.

If you're working at a restaurant and it's a slow night you might get sent home in order to save on staffing costs. Especially if the restaurant is in a tough spot financially like this one was.

What a fun group to work around it seems. They had the vibes popping.
"Get yourself a haircut" and "Thanks but No Thanks" when kicking out the two staff members xD
The younger woman who told the moaner where to got off is hilarious, and relatable. I always do something like that when I've had a few drinks and someone's being annoying! 😅🙂
Wow it's a miracle that Campania has been uploaded fully. Can't wait for Hot Potato Cafe, Oceana and all episodes of Ramsay’s Costa del Nightmares.
honestly if the only criticism gordon ramsay has about a dish is "too much garlic in the sauce" that sounds like a really good dish to me sksksjd
