that's because of a couple reasons; he's recording himself, so of course he's gonna be nice to the customers and make small talk. otherwise he wouldn't be able to post those videos on KZread. and secondly, the store is owned by his parents. there's always a difference in customer service between the owner and employee. employees don't care because they don’t own the business. regardless of whether they give good customer service or not, they're still gonna get paid the same. so they usually won't care.

I think that's probably because most workers that work at fast food places work almost completely just for the money but him on the other hand firstly works in a store owned by his parents so there is a difference there also he also has to get content out of it which is a big factor. I mean if he didn't make small talk and have people skills these videos would not be as interesting at all :)

35 years ago when I worked FF, there's a little faucet in the well that you keep trickling and a little drain so the water is constantly being replaced. Not sure if that is how subway does it?

Milad, the scoop for steak is the round one, not oval. the oval scoops are strictly for chicken strips, teriyaki and rotisserie chicken.
