The Most Beautiful Trail in Colorado - Colorado Overland 2022 day 4
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
After some very technical trails the first 3 days of this trip, we were ready for a change of pace. This day was incredible and might be the most beautiful trail in Colorado. It certainly was the most beautiful trail on our 8 day overlanding trip through northern Colorado. And at the end of the day we found my favorite campsite of all time.

A mix of hard-core and scenic is perfect.
I love both as most do. Rock crawling is so interesting but my vote is the scenic trails that our rigs can take us to that most people never get to see. You guys are great and I do enjoy all of you content. Thanks for all you do.
The hard core makes me want to have fun. The videos such as this one make me want to spend time with those who matter.
I liked both. My wife freaked out during the holy cross, and we got teary eyed with joy seeing scenic Colorado again.
I love a mix of scenic and technical, 70% scenic and 30% technical. My personal style of off roading is more scenic than technical so that’s why I enjoy that a bit more. But it is still fun to watch other people do technical stuff too.
love it all. Anything with overlanding... ADVENTURE!
To answer your question, I really don't have a preference, your videos are relaxing and its a nice time to chill out and crack a cool one while watching. Keep up the great work! Take care and be safe out there on your adventures.
Now this is more like it! This is the type of trail we like to drive in our Jeep. It doesn’t require 40 inch tires or that you replace everything but the body on your Jeep before you can drive it, and it doesn’t take an hour to move 6 rigs 50 yards because you spend all your time climbing over boulder after boulder after boulder. That type of trail may float some peoples’ boats but not ours. Great job with this video, we are going to check out this route next time we are out there.
Both videos are amazing, but the views of this one is breath taking.
Like the mix as well. Nice to take it down a notch after the adrenaline boost from the technical videos.
Love the beautiful scenic, especially with time around the camp, listening into the conversation.
I love the mixture of the videos, it's really cool watching the hard core crawling but seeing everyone take an easy trail and laughing so much while playing on the water was just fun!!
To answer the question, my wife and I prefer the scenic videos over the hard core rock crawling. Great job. Thanks
No matter what kind of trails you guys do. Is the adventure we fallow. 👍🏆🏆🏆
A mix of videos is great. Especially when on a trip bc it helps come up with ideas. I like crawling more but my wife likes the easy going scenic stuff so a mix is good.
I always like watching this type of videos. The hard technical trails I will watch just to learn from. You never know. you could be out doing some trails and have a hard spot you will need to get over. Watching them may help me do that. But this video is the best. Thanks for posting.
Definitely a good mix as it represents what what a lot of us are into.
BOTH- We have our capable vehicles built like this for a reason. The scenic drone stuff plus your narrative has definitely moved into some next level quality (maybe you've been talking to Shaun..lol!.) . Our rigs are so capable even in mild build state (for some) that I think showing both types of trails helps promote folks getting out there and enjoying our natural resources. Keep both types of footage coming DON'T STOP what you're doing.
I love the mix of both. The scenic content looks great on the big screen. May or may not get me in trouble at work....hahahahahaha.......folks gather to watch during breaks.
I most enjoy seeing the scenic trails, drone shots, and camp life. I learn from the technical stuff, but watching a whole trail crew make their way over a single obstacle isn't my favorite. Obviously though, Matt's channel, so Matt's gonna do what Matt wants to do. Love the videos and appreciate being brought along for the ride (digitally). I've decided to pull the trigger and become a monthly Patreon supporter, y'all should too!

Thanks so much!!
This video is the kind of trails and adventure I want to do. Awesome drone work as always to show the beauty of the area.
Love Beautiful scenery, and that paddleboard shot with the clouds reflecting on the water was so gorgeous!
This one is my favorite. We like the hard core trails but these are so beautiful and relaxing.
I love all aspects of overlanding! The way your switching up the videos is perfect!! Product reviews, calm scenic views, hard core rock crawling, and great camp cooking!! Love it all Matt! Keep up the great work and sharing it with us!! 🍻

Ozark Overland Adventures i like both hard core obstacles and scenic but we really love the scenic views...we also enjoy time around camp and seeing the great places to enjoy camping .as you are probably aware, many people will never have the opportunity to see the beautiful places yall go and your videos are a good, if not the best, alternative. We appreciate the great family friendly environment yall create in these videos. Im hopefully going to be shopping for a gladiator within the next year and planning on increasing camping time with my wife. We look forward to learning from you and the rest of the jeep community as we kick off our adventures in texas
This type of video is so much less anxiety inducing, however I do like the rough terrain and sketchy narrow trails on the sides of mountains a lot!
I like the scenic the best since I’ve got a silverado that can’t do the technical. Although the hardcore trails keep reminding I need to get a gladiator!
I enjoy watching a mix, but the scenic trails are what I am capable of doing. It’s just me (50) and my mom (69) who trail ride and camp together now that my dad is gone and my kids are off to college. We would never be able to enjoy too much of the technical trails, because we ride solo… but I love seeing how your group spots one another and gets through the trails together. My mom and I watch you guys and since I work remotely I’m saving to get an Obi an try some of the less technical trails you’ve shown us.
Love the mixture of both sides. Diane and I are interested in both sides of overlanding. Thank you for sharing.
Perfect balance of both.
I am doing more overlanding than crawling, and I'm soo happy. Beautiful photography and soundtrack. One of the best. Thanks!
You always have a good mix of videos, just keep doing it, and the production quality only gets better.
Keep doing both styles of videos! I enjoy both! Everyone needs to remember the technical trails are more difficult than they look on video
Both, for sure! Great job!
Just keep doing what you are. Good mix, keeps me coming back.
Love the beautiful scenery trails
Variety is the spice of life!! Its nice to watch both.
Wow! I like both as well. but harder trails can literally be exhausting, especially in a crewcab F250. From your video it looks like it's pretty wide open trail for the most part which of course suits my truck better. Definitely adding this to my list of places to explore next time I'm in Colorado.
One of the things I look forward to most on Friday’s . An OOA video. 🤘🏽🤘🏽

@@OzarkOverlandAdventures We thank you, your wonderful wife and everyone for taking us all along the trails with you all. Also providing all helpful tips and equipment that we all can use. 😎👍🏾
Great video, you got it all in this one.
Honestly, I like a mix of things just like I do while wheeling myself. I really appreciate your videos, top notch drone footage paired with great music - very well done.

I love both types of videos.
Current mix is perfect
Looks like a great place. You do a great job of showing the trails and areas. Liked your review of the moon shade awning so much we ordered one. Keep up the good work.
Love the balance of both types of videos
Amazing views and camp
Scenic trails are my personal favorite
Both, thank you for asking.
I like them all, more !
We like technical but with some scenic relaxation in between. Like maybe 10 miles between really difficult spots. We like both but sometimes when it’s difficult all day it’s not a vacation anymore.
I think you mixed it up perfectly! This has been a great adventure to follow. The drone shots in this video were amazing!
Love all of your videos, but this one is definitely in five favorites. Keep up the amazing adventures. 😊

Thank you! Will do!
I do both, I like both. All your vids are great and a pleasure to watch.
Preference will depend on the trip. Upcoming trip to CO will be for daughter's Spring Break in March and that camp spot is definitely now on our bucket list! Great Content!!!!
It's the scenic that has and had me following you.
Fantastic views either way
I prefer the scenic videos and beautiful campsites. But the wheeling videos are fun too. Haha
I love the scenic which is mostly what we do. Soft Roading the West (Donald) style. But I love the hard core stuff too. Holy Cross was amazing and nerve racking which is good. That's why I watch Bleepin Jeep at places like Wind Rock Park in Tennessee. I think you Jeep guys love watching Toyota's struggle but it is always fun and your content is great. Thanks so much.
Love the scenery and mild off-road trails. Camping in places you cant take a Toyota Sienna or Subaru Forester. Where its quiet and you can reset your mind and soul. Immersing yourself into nature.
Incredible content as always. You both seem so humble. Incredible trail and you had fun even though it was mellow. Thanks for sharing your journeys

I wanted to make sure I did win Overlanding gear, and not send s/h to someone else.
Really like the variety you post up. Both are fun. Keep up the Great work!
Love the scenic "obviously" cause that's what I do lol. Your mix is always perfect. Hard core, review, scenic, and mabe a how too will complete a month's worth. A weekly schedule is always a plus. Wife and I always know TSTN will have a Monday video to watch during dinner time. Would enjoy knowing to plan yours over waiting for a notification. Just my 02 love your work keep it up 👍

It’s all awesome. Keep up the great work.
Great video. Like the mix. KZread is so appealing because of real people…..you guys are real and fun to watch.
Hi there Keep doing what you're doing Your videos are amazing it reminds me the off roading that I was doing with my friends in Greece. Now I live in Wisconsin.... There are no mountains😔😔😔 here... I really like the more scenic off roading with a few technical spots. But no matter what exploring those amazing trails is all that counts
I loved both of the videos! The hard core is freaking fun don't get me wrong be also the easy trails gives a chance to fly and gives the audience a better view to see what yall see to so I would say to keep doing what you're doing!
Definitely prefer the scenic! So beautiful, thanks for sharing.
I’m new to your channel but what reeled me in was the water crossings, scenery , camping . I do like the hardcore wheeling because of the problem solving aspect of it ,but prefer it to be a smaller percentage of the video. Exploring before crawling I guess .
I like both styles of videos. Probably lean a little more towards the scenic side but I learn by watching the technical. :)
I lean towards the scenery more but it is good to mix it all up like you do. Don't change anything :)
Great video, I enjoyed both hard-core and scenic. My style is more scenic, I watch a lot of different overland channels, I really enjoy your channel. Thank You for sharing it.
Keep making great videos, beautiful camping spot great job guys
This is by far my favorite video from you guys. I absolutely love the way you filmed it and the views are phenomenal. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, thank you!
SUPERB video!
I love both, hard wheeling rocks, mud, water. And then easy beautiful scenery. That's why I love watching your channel. Just wish nate still had a zr2 representing on the channel 😄
Scenic!!
Great Video as always Matt!
I do like both. For us, it’s hard to do 3 tough trails in a row, so we don’t. Always enjoy your videos. This one is great too!
I like both types of videos (make that just about any video you make).
I love these! Beautiful places!!
Video looks awesome on my Sony 4K TV. Well done!!😉
Love these Colorado vids.
I like more the extreme video but this video i like how it's end up
Hard question to answer. Technical is always fun, but scenic is always pleasant. I will say the last Technical trail you did in Colorado was one of the more scenic trails... if you had the time to enjoy it.
Was great seeing you on Justin’s stream. Have fun at Mountain West. Personally, I like both styles of content. After a few days of bash and crash, it’s nice to slow down a bit and take in the views. Gotta say Cara handles the Komopelli very well.
Tks for all your efforts. I’m into Overlanding not into rock crawling. Rig 2017 Tundra Icon suspension 21/2 lift , Victory racks and armor. Rigid lights.
Purple potatoes sliced thin, onion slices and fresh picked chanterelles makes a perfect side dish.
I'm like you in the fact that I enjoy exploring as well as testing the limits of my rig. So i like both styles of video myself! id like to see you do more trips where pre planning the route is kept to the minimum. those are always my favorite trips to take myself and i find it more enjoyable most of the time. no timeline, no plans, just pick the basic area and a few main things/areas you want to see and just take off and find trails to get there as you go. pick whats next based on where you wound up the day before and just aimlessly explore. i have found some of my favorite places this way!
I like the scenic but a little bit of Hardcore in there two 👍
Ran that trail last summer. Camped up at blue lake. It's a pretty place for sure...
Great content. I do enjoy watching both, but the scenic stuff is where I can sell it to my wife. We need to take her Trailhawk out soon!!
I like both

Awesome!
This is my "back yard." The Flat Tops is a beautiful place to go and visit. Lots of places to explore. I try to get up there each summer for a few days; I recognized your campsite. You really got some great footage with your drone!
Amazing scenery. Maybe next time we will have to join you.
I like both and you are great at capturing both on video. My preference leans more towards the technical tho I have to say. Watching the rigs move up and around the obstacles on mountain trails is pretty sweet to watch. We will be fortunate enough to attempt some BOH trails next weekend so that will be even sweeter! Thanks for the inspiration y’all.
Saw you guys today in loveland at the gas station. So awesome!
I love the mix but we like more of the family stuff like overlanding that way the kids grandkids and us can go exploring and make memories
Short hardcore then scenic but I love both just show the adventures is what I like
I think u do the perfect mix Matt I m a new sub love this channel keep it up !
