Heck I don't bake, let alone have an oven. But, I'd watch every June's baking video, just because it's June.

I love June! She’s so practical and easy to understand. I could watch her cook all day. Well, I wish I could. Learning so much USEFUL pro tips. Jane taking my game to the next level. Give this lady her own show!

I suggest that you sprinkle the powder sugar over the sponge first, then cover it with a towel as it's in the baking sheet, and 'then' flip it over and roll... You'll get it straight on and there's no risk of it breaking!

My French-Canadian Nana would always make this for Christmas. This year we moved her from Quebec to live with us in the states due to her no longer having family there for support (she’s 90). I wanted to make this cake together but her memory (and eye sight) isn’t what it used to be, so I hopped on KZread and found this gem. With the help of this video we were able to pull it off, the cake is in the freezer ready to be frosted for Christmas!
