‘R’ is my favourite alphabet design so well done on finding that one as well as the ‘Y’ The Rugby World Cup rotation is a super find Miro 😊 Great stuff M Collects 👍🏻

R is an absolutely fantastic coin indeed. There are a few more that I like so much too - B, G, U and W. This rotation error I’ve seen on the @SunderlandCoinHunt channel as well just a few days after I finished editing this video. Must be very rare. One person on Facebook said he tried to sell one of those coins and he was struggling to get £30. I thought - £30 for that? Really? I wouldn't sell that for less than £80 but maybe I am wrong or he just has no luck finding the right buyer 😉😉😉

@@mcollects I pretty much like the same. As for the rotation error on the RWC I’ve only seen yours & Gavins so it’s pretty rare and as such has to be worth at least what you say.

Superb double letter finds, the R is usually one of the hardest to come across. And a great Rugby rotation error as well. Although this isn't one of them, it would be interesting to know if any in circulation have been manipulated, as the reverse design could be viewed either way up.

Thank you, Glen. It is what I thought about R as well. Beauty coin. Manipulated 2 Pound coin would be easily recognized as both sites of the coin wouldn't match the outer design or you mean something different?🤔🤔🤔

@@mcollects The obverse wouldn't match, but what I'm trying to say is that someone could manoeuvre the inner silvery bit by 180º (as the reverse design would still look the same), but could fool someone who is new to collecting and wouldn't be aware of the obverse alignment being wrong. 🙂
