The first coin has fingerprints which means the grade falls below MS grade..a coin can have mint lustre but if affected by minor scratches and faint fingerprints, the grade is reduced.

Copper nickel is represented as CuNi, not CoNi. The symbol for copper is Cu on the periodic table of elements. It originates from the word cuprum. Co is cobalt.
