Yeah he should have stood back a bit more. It was being pulled straight and was not a hard pull so I doubt it would hit him but he was closer than I would be

only one major problem with sideways tow truck. Once you move the lift underneath the tires. you run the chance destroy those 4 tires as they are not designs to withstand pressure sideways.
