Cutting edge vid to eat lunch with ? Its a good day.
i feel like we're almost at a point where games like this are so realistic that they dont make sense anymore, like why would I want to realisticly peel a potato in a game? tho i still would love to realisticly peel a potato in a game

Well the point isn’t to make all aspects as dull as real life, it’s more so just to emulate the physics interactions and graphics consistent with real life. VR can generally benefit from more “tedious” additions, as it adds to immersion. Obviously developers know what’s boring and mundane or not, these are just proof of concepts.

They don't make sense for "games", but they make sense for Simulations. I predict that games like Flight Simulator 2024 paired with VR and tech like this will eventually lead to a new category of entertainment. A simulated world, where there is no set objective. Such a world would benefit from being simulated to an insane degree of realism.
You should take a look at the game severed steel. It has a fully destructible environment and slow motion
I wasn't in the potato peeling sim until he put it on rotation on a drill and then peeled it like that, f*ck that's gaming !

they are talking to me
100% with you it's the way Physics are handled that makes the game mad fun or not
Haven’t watched your channel in a while. Great finds to showcase and I love the energy! Keep up the good work.
I hate how underrated this channel is.

This is like the Stone Age compared to real simulations.
Such passionate commentary and narration man , best video I've seen on KZread so far
3:53 had me crying with laughter
Imagining future's videogames feels so inspiring. Looking at the modern tendencies like generative AI which allows for so much from truly talkable NPCs to seemingly infinite playable worlds. The UE5's Nanite is not less groundbreaking cuz fuck yeah no LODs. That all combined with advancing physics like these! Also, lost it a couple times from the sudden meme implementation in the video. Great stuff once again!
great video
Another cutting edge classic ❤️
always enjoy watchin ur vids
great video man!
I really liked the untitled fps in the beggining
We don't have to wait for this technology to be perfect before we use it in games, because games world doesn't need to be realistic or perfect they just need to feel like it
Still waiting for a game that has proper cloth physics, with full collisions.
Dam, I did not know game physics were like this yet.

@@goodguy7548 No. I already know, I was astonished about how the physics were. I even did physics simulations and it took time to render out.

There are some nice volumetric and interactive smoke in the Batman Arkham games surprisingly.
Einstein part caught me off guard 😂😂😂
that slow-mo shooter one is the best but the honey was amazing

Another banger from the Cutting Edge. Now we gotta wait another 6 months : )
Please make much more videos I have been watching since ur first couple of videos and got so sad when u didnt post cuz nothing out there can match the quality and perfectness of these videos
this channel feels like a reeces peices ad without the advertisment part
Well there is one game with state of the art graphics and incredible physics, Battlefield 2042.
yes more physics
WHY DOES IT HAVE NOSTALGIA IN THERE 😭
Yes, more games need to innovate in this area
this channel is so underrated
PURBLE PLACE 2 LETS GOOOOOO
3:17
the project i been watching has so much potential if it can create Logic layers ton it's server shards and run simulations for almost anything 2D partical then stacking to 3D after making stacked 1D fiber strand eeeehhhh
He's got that LA voice actor vocal fry. Great video though.

The weirdest part is that I grew up in the Deep South, but now live in the far north. Never once been around anyone else with vocal fry, and yet here I am. Stuck with it. 😩
This gives me hope that gaming won’t get stale as i fear it will be. Thanks for makimg the video.
4:00 hes getting a little too exited about that cream 🤨
Hi love your videos . Can you pls make a history of videogame graphics 😂😂 ps long term sub😊😊😊 wait better idea history of CGI😊
Gen Beta watching this and thinking... "damn.. thats so.... *UNREALISTIC* "
VR is amazing! 🤩

I imagine gta 6 with a crazy graphic and similar physics, it would be fantastic but maybe it's still too early for this... or maybe not?

Y'know, I get that a lot, but it's genuinely not forced. I really enjoy talking about this because talking gaming tech is a ton of fun. No one else in my life is really into it like I am, so I end up gushing and I want a narration that conveys how I actually feel, though I understand it can be annoying to some. Not everyone will like the same style, after all. Cheers, mate! Thanks for watching!
Whats the name of the game where he was sharpening wood and where whe was slicing zombies?

Creo que de verdad estas plagiando a lucasmelor, que mal, ni siquiera pones un nombre o algo al canal de lucasmelor
stop stealing content from @lucasmmelor
Brother I don't want to be disrespectful but I see a great similarity between the content of the Hispanic channel "Lucasmelor" and your videos, too much similarity I would say, and their videos correspond to a date before yours, my conclusion is that you literally copied their videos, that's plagiarism unless you are related to them.
