Disagree - it's fun enough to follow along, but this is such a time sink for a man who is capable of so much more - especially because he has to dumb all of his work down for us, his viewers. I see three options: - Continue writing simulations, but show what goes wrong along the way and what you learn (for a coding audience) - Make smaller projects, easily compressible into videos - would be able to produce more videos/time. Do the same random edits and so on. (For casual gamedev audience) - get a gf

@@Theo-iz5cj ig I agree with u but it depends on what he wants out of his videos, i.e if he wants quality or quantity, and ig quality can also differ in meaning, for some it means purely entertaining videos, but for me it's a bit of both entertainment and education, in the end he'll have to go with what he and the majority if his audience want, either way I'll still watch his videos cuz they're really good

Dude, my physicist friend and I had some fun watching and analyzing your fluids video. What's that shit about your sim videos not good enough for entertainment nor education? Both him, a physicist, and I, a seasoned software engineer, found your content more than amusing... it sprawled deep conversation and led us to investigate and think further about the topics exposed. We were actually thinking on giving you some feedback about using the iterative solver to cover the k's > 1 case. I'd love it if you continue with your sim vids, you don't need to cover everything, your viewers can actually do the job... we also seem to be better judges of what's fun and/or educative or not :P Cheers.

Man you're good at this, even if you're not a simulation pro you're good enough for entertaining people with this complicated stuff. People like to see someone like you making things out of their league look easy, or at least funny, and you're doing that spot on! You're going to get better eventually by doing videos anyway. (Remember that this can also open lots of doors for you) I believe in you I think you can get bigger, just focus on this stuff, even if it takes more time and you leave subs with nothing to see for a month or two. Don't do videos just to throw something in the channel, people unsub mainly when they see videos they don't like, if they don't see you in the sub feed they're going to forget they're subbed until you make a new video, thus there are less possibility that they're going to unsub (who cleans their subscriptions anyway...). Take these suggestions however you want, but Michael Reeves is the living proof of these concepts, just scroll through his channel and you'll see. You're a smart guy, you can do it! Also please sell those NFTs and buy a new computer, intel i5 and gtx 1650 in 2020 for sims is like trying to light a fire with two sticks lol. (even with that pc you're doing great so keep it up!!)

Sir, believe in yourself, the people like you who take so much of pain for the very less return are so rare. This is so much better than those rare who've got heart their on right side.

Making it more sandbox-y will fix your gameplay problem. If the main gameplay loop forces the player to interact with the physics engine then they will love it. Maybe it could be a fixed scene puzzle game. The player could spawn in water to drown a bad guy or make a life raft for a dog, or even launch a Boulder to knock a second Boulder away from a cart of treasure. Something like that...
