As a US citizen, I find it refreshing to see young men actually working and making useful things, instead of selling crack and robbing convenience stores.

"as a US citizen"...the non US citizens in our country work harder than the citizens. wouldn't be too proud claiming you're a sub-par worker.

Скотские условия труда. Люди вынуждены с этим мириться - других нет. А что трудятся как заведённые - это да.
What a backyard workshop! No oil, no seals, practically unmachined gears. How long should the machine work for?

🤔🤔🤔Well, understand the local buying power and reliablity of this kind of machines.actually these machine are very good and performance of these machens are excellent.rough and continues use of these machines are very safe.cheap and reliable.

I’ve seen machinery like this working continuously for more than 10 years there are some minor glitches but overall efficiency is superb regarding price and material used this machine gives 1000 times more profit in ten years regarding it’s price and for any industrialist if machine performance is good why would one like to waste more money for same result life expectancy of these machines are more than branded ones and availability of spares is also easy we don’t have to wait for months but some hours if we use this machine so I’ll recommend everyone in Pakistan to purchase local machines

The machine will work until the bearings or gears wear out
This is why children play in the sandbox, to gain basic foundry skills, and during the holiday, when they dance, they stomp, thereby showing their foundry skills.

@@HowToMakeThings96 You shouldn't take this as sadness. Any online translators sucks at proverbs. He said, that even with their machinery and technologies available - they managed to have that results. And with modern ones they can outstand anyone else. Proverb itself means kinda opposite situation: when people are happy about the arrogant cow doesn't have a horns, so it means (applied to the situation, indeed) that the Pakistans doesn't brag about their wages/living situation, and they figuratively have the "horns", or just balls - and they just do.
This was a very interesting video. I am an "old School" mechanic and remember the times when we had to manufactor a part that was not available any longer. Those guys really know what they are doing!! I don't think that anything like that can be found in the western world anymore.

thankfully we dont do this crap in the western world anymore, we have better safety and quality standards. And casting parts is not a lost art by any means.

Одноглазому видимо одно сверло уже прилетело😮
what about precision?)))
It seems that now they use foam plastic inside the mold, and pour the metal directly into it?
Do any of these workers have qualifications in this work, or learning on the job? They’re great in their work places.

Please is this just one video or is it the part one of this video and then later you will paste part 2. Because in this one I watched they did not complete the making of this machine. So will you still paste part 2.

I was wondering why they were mass producing theses machines. One would think they wouldn't need more than a dozen a year in the whole country. But after watching the video I realized the poor quality of manufacturing met these machine were disposable in short order.

U thinks that Iam using same type machine from same workshop which I’ve bought 7 years ago this machine price is 10 times less than foreign ones spare parts are easy to find it takes hours no disruption and best thing is that there are no major faults only minor ones it’ll last more than 5 years more 7 plus 5 after that I’ll buy new one but same because I know this machine uses less power give same production as foreign one I’m using both and foreign one is about to expire very soon I’ve used it for 2 years only which I’ve bought directly from Germany local one life expectancy is max 12 and foreign one is max 5 spares are very expensive and not easily available we’ve import directly from Germany plus shipping costs plus govt Levis and taxes makes it useless for us this one is best very cheap incl taxes if government will increase it’s current prices by increasing taxes I’ll still buy local one even if it will cost 10 times more than foreign one for me continuity of my business matters and no disruptions plus max life of machine now you’ll say you’ve bought from wrong company I bought it from original one with embassy of Germany’s help in 10 million purchases of all factory which I’ve replaced it now within 2 years time I’ll not give company’s name because I know they’re big name and I used their product and I don’t want to bring bad name to their company’s repo

I saw in Pakistan a black liquid was added to the casting sand as an additive and I am wondering what it may have been. "Some commonly used additives for enhancing the properties of molding and core sands are coal dust, corn flour, dextrin, sea coal, pitch, wood flour, silica flour." Good job casting and machining guys
