I bought this monitor, strong ghosting in cyberpunk, the AMA3+BR settings do not help, almost the same as it was

I have a benq mobiuz ex2710s and I consider switching to this one because of image sharpness at 1080,do you recommend doing that?

So somehow I missed this comment. To me personally, going to the EX240N from the EX2710S is a downgrade. Yes, you’ll get a bit of extra sharpness going down to a smaller screen and going from 82 PPI to 93 but you’ll be losing brightness (400 Nits down to 250), image quality (IPS to a VA Panel), and color accuracy (99% sRGB to 72% NTSC). I would at least go with the EX240 and not the N-Version so get basically the same results as the EX2710S but in a smaller screen

Does it work on ps4? ,btw i know that it doesnt make diffrence in fps its for if i want to buy ps5 in future

The highest you’ll be able to get on console is 120Hz. There might be something in the settings to enable the higher refresh rate

@@user-ub4pl3ne8r Buddy Valo is a CPU-intensive game, so the GPU doesn't play as significant a role in Valo-like games. Yes, even a 3060 is enough for 400+ FPS, but only if you pair it with a good CPU. Most people make the mistake of investing more in the GPU and then buying a cheap CPU, which creates a bottleneck in performance. I'm not saying that he/she won't get 165+ fps until I know what CPU he/she is using.

I would compare more the EX240 with the LG. Those are much more similar with brightness and being an IPS. And the EX240 is going for $120 on Amazon now so that's a much better price and it offers 165Hz

why even bother adding a hdr button when it only has 250 nits? but i'd rather get a fast va than an ips. i do like me some contrast

Having HDR will still offer better exposure to the image and color. Because of it being 250 Nits, that’s a sacrifice when you go with a budget monitor. They need to cut corners in order to lower the price. You’ll still see the difference in a dark room but if you have the lights on or if your a streamer and need light for your camera/webcam, that’s when you’ll run into problems when it comes to being able to see the screen I prefer IPS mainly due to the better color accuracy and viewing angles. VA Panels has its purpose though
