Turns out we are! And they’re all P-Bandai!!!!

Nu is supposed to be an Angel with how its funnels are arranged, so when it sends out its funnels its literally shedding its wings to increase output, or shield someone from harm

Nu Gundam will always be my favorite, it has great design, unique fin funnel placement, the color is perfect and how it perform in the movie ( especially when amuro used it to punch and kick char's sazabi into a wreck ), too bad it got destroyed when amuro try to stop the Axis. And don't forget about the RG Nu Gundam it is one of the best RG ever.

Strike Freedom should be on the list because "I like GOoooold"... For me and a lot of Seed fans, A tier.

pretty damn good list. My top are Zeta, ExS, Rx-78, Nu, and Penelope. You're right though, most people don't appreciate Zeta and how important it was for Gundam.

Burning/god gundam, wing zero custom and strike freedom will always be my favorites.

00 QAN [T], Wing Zero Endless Waltz, God Gundam and Turn A Gundam are the automatic S Tier for me

I like the Gundam NT-1 "Alex" because it looks more like an upgrade of the original RX-78-2 Gundam. It's got more thrusters, hidden weapons, the magnetic coating, and a 360° cockpit.

Gundam Alex really looks good to me and at first I can't explain it but later on I was able to figure it out, the classic feel and having an armor with complete set of weapons just did it for me.

like I says before Strike Freedom and Unicorn mode is my fav , because of perfectly symmetrical design my OSD dictated that , I also buy 2 of all my asymmetrical kits , cause I can make it symmetrical as much as posibble~ like my RG Nu

@@KAIJUCORP RG quanta~ cause the full saber ver is hard to get~ The recent HG Seltsam gundam with 2 giant arms~ Fake NU , cause double fin funnels fake nu is possible ~ age fx own 2 because I need all the long ver of c funnels and 2 big gun~ is my fav big guns of all time~ unless they release hg/rg HYPER MEGA BAZOOKA LAUNCHER! or a gundam that has symmetrical design variations or can be display as such like brought RG sword impulse ver , and RG unicorn perfectibility, cause Armed Armor XC plus Armed Armor DE x2 in unicorn mode is my fav~ RG 00 raiser , with gn sword II , so don't need 2 ( but I do own the xn raiser for RG ) moon gundam ~ XD strike noir , load astray double rebake but I do sell the extra parts once I take the weapons and shield ~ but there is a lot of kits that you can't make it symmetrical even if you brought 2 without some mods ~

Can we have a power tier list?

I feel like Alex and Turn A Gundam should be higher up the list with Astray moved down by like 2 tiers. Idk maybe I'm just seeing too many Ashtrays recently lol

Personally the G self and the age gundams are hardly done not by design but just because the series didn't do well. I like the G self, Age 1 Titus and the Age 2 Dark hound designs so it's an easy A tier for me.

My thoughts exactly. I especially love the Spallow in age. Almost perfect proportions, and a nice sleek build with a good color scheme. G Self is also really good over all but the head is where it really wins me over. I wish we saw more forward swept fins like it and the Testament Gundam.

i don't know about everyone else but for me war in the pocket is the quintessential gundam ova. it embodies (mainly uc timeline.. g gundam is almost the exact opposite it glorifies the fighting taking place and gundam 00 is just hypocritical in it's ideals ) the idea's that gundam has always displayed. it's not a good vs bad story it's a bout war and effects on the people involved, how it doesn't matter what side your fighting for both sides have good people who are just trying to do the right thing by protecting the people and places they hold dear. at the same time both sides have those who just wish to continue fighting for there own selfish reasons or are directly profiting from the war itself showing them as the only real "bad guys" in the show. with an overall theme that trying to understand one another even if we fail is important because it's the only realistic way for war to become a thing of the past. it's not exactly the most actiony gundam adaptation but it's themes, ideals and emotional hooks are spot on.

I agree with most of the S-ranks. It was a fun video

generally agree with most of your ratings, some MS bumped my rating up higher than yours only because of how well they made the model kit, like the PG strike gundam and GP01 :P

I appreciate the love for G Gundam Mobile suits. They're amazing aesthetically.

Bro u crazy how can u not put EXIA in S tier, it's what got me hooked on Gundam and the deign still looks sleek and modern.

Unicorn Mode > Destroy Mode anyday. They honestly could have left out Destroy mode in the OVA and it would have been fine. Such a beautiful design, breaks the mold of the classic Gundam design while still being iconic.

i would say the freedom gundam esp. the strike should be at least A tier, you gotta remember thats the only gundam that went to war, ended it and came home without a scratch, no to mention avoiding killing its enemy pilots. its just the mechanical OP of gundams so yeah at least A tier

Loved this but I think Ez-8 is S tier, my favorite series and the fight with the Gouf Custom is one of the best!

Barbatos Lupus Rex should have atleast stayed A tier, IBO did an amazing job at making you fall in love with this Gundam, He wasnt OP but could always just breakthrough enough to get a victory at a cost, awesome concept and an amazing Gundam. Also i agree Unicorn should be S

GP01 and 2 deserved are some of my favorites, more so the GP02 because it's so chunky and different

We can argue which Katoki design is the best, but we can all agree that Wing Zero Custom is the most Katoki style gundam he ever created. It’s over-the-top, has no practical use, but looks amazing.

IMO, GP01Fb aka Rocket Gundam needs to be _at least_ a tier above all those SEED suits with a bunch of useless wings for their primary role as space units.

All of Char suits are like a S for me, Hyaku Shiki and Sazabi being my favorite suits. Zaku 2, Red Gelgoog, and Zeong are just iconic. Hell even the Sinaju looks great and deserves a S

i think that barbatos at least be A since in iron blooded world,beam weapons dont exist any more (except hashmal lol) and they just use melee weapons to defeat others,and only dainsleif can be barbatos' only opponent so i think barbatos is a very good mobile suit

Z Gundam, Barbatos and Freedom will always be my top three favourite MC gundam💯

I've gotta say for me all barbatos variants, exia, the nu Gundam, and the RX-78-2 are solid S tiers NTD mode unicorn is also an S, as is hi nu tbh I really am not big on the freedom Gundam's concept, or the strike freedom. I don't like beam spam, as my favor for barbatos probably demonstrates

I'll tell you what, most Mobile Suits that are either MSV or Manga only will probably be A - S tier mainly because they're just pre-existing MS on steroids. Advance of Zeta, Seed MSV, GW Frozen Tear and etc, I can't believe Crossbone is not A or above, every goes crazy for Pirate looking Gundams and exactly Age's second part got more viewers because everyone loved the Age 2 Dark Hound haha. 0080 War in a Pocket was great because despite Christina and Bernard being on two different sides, they weren't evil and the kid was basically the audience. I know I was really young when I watched the Cantonese dub on LD and not understanding the politics of the OYW. That and all the MS that were showcased were all beautiful ( Zaku II Kai, GM Command, MP Guncannon, Hygogg, Gelgoog Jaeger, Kampfer and etc).

That totally works.

I like the victory, its a streamlined RX-78-2 and the Victory 2 has the best wings after turn A's moonlight butterfly PERIOD. Prefer them way over ALL of Wing and SEED. Also the Victory 2's core fighter is badass as hell, immediate A tier

Hot take, Exia and barbatos lupus are S tier for me. Lupus Rex is cool but a little too bulky.

I think about the age gundams differently then you. I think age one represents exia but without the iron sword. I think age 2 represents oo gundam and I think age 3 is double zeta as you think. Age fx Is definitely oo quanta

Hey Kaiju, The reason why Lupus was added to Barbatos is because the Gundams of IBO are named after demons, so Barbatos is a demon. Lupus and Rex are Latin(?) Or Greek(Maybe not) for Wolf and King so: Barbatos:Demon Barbatos Lupus:Demon Wolf Barbatos Lupus Rex: Demon Wolf King.

Thanks! yeah, I love all Solomon's demons references. FYI I think Rex is a really cool name. My comment about Lupus(auto-immune disease) which I didn't elaborate and cut out was about marketing, and how it might be an odd name to most of the English-speaking countries. I think I went on rambling about how people won't see too many things named corona(crown) these days, cut out because I didn't think anyone want to hear that 😅

While Hi-Nu is a more powerful gundam and clearly the inspiration for the likes of Freedom and probably Wing, Nu's Fin Funnels are just elegant demeanor that not even Hi-Nu has. The simple design of it as if it's sails through space, which makes sense since "Moving" in space is more of a continuous acceleration of relative velocity than actually pushing/pulling, made it look like a gundam that roams the cosmos like some deity.
