Juan Carlos Payano's nickname is Baby Pacquiao. He used to hold the WBA Bantamweight Champion title back in mid 2010's. He's an old man by now, almost 40.

Inoue tapping the top of baby pac’s lead hand was subtly raising his lead hand over & over until it was out of position. That’s when Inoue fainted the lead hand tap, then hit baby pac w/ a low angle jab, stepped to the side changing the angle & had an open target for a devastating straight right 🥊

Double faint actually, he fainted the lead hand tap to bring it into his guard again. This gave Baby P a small wrinkle to look at so when he went to faint the second time and brought his elbow down again Baby P got the same read as before yet this time it was in position to let the 1-2 go without a telegraph making the punch even faster. Loved your break down as well bro! This guy is on a completely different level the world isn’t ready.

When someone is tapping your glove he is timing your rhythm, I am surprised that an experienced fighter like Payano allowed Inoue to do that knowing he is very fast and in striking distance. Inoue was tapping Payano's glove and Payano responded by tapping Inoue's glove but Payano continued to stretch out is arm in the danger zone when Inoue is no longer at the same rhythm and once Payano stretched his arm Inoue bit down on his mouthpiece and had a free gap to come in with the left and finished it with the right. Excellent timing with precision and power.

So that's TWO more weight classes he has to conquer before going to 135. Many thing come into play here. Staying healthy. Speed and power carrying to 126 and 130. And being able to beat the top guys at those weight classes before he can even think about 135. If he went to 135 right now and fought tank for example he would get knocked the f*ck out and Inoue is definitely the #2 p4p fighter in the world behind Crawford. So I don't see why 5 years is a bad prediction considering he will fight probably 2 times a year especially when it's against top elite competition every fight from here on out. Look what Crawford just accomplished in his mid 30s. Inoue hasn't sustained much damage and I believe his prime years will go further than most fighters who sustain a lot of damage and have really long pro careers.

You can barely see it but I’m pretty sure he places his lead foot on the inside of his Payano’s stance. Typically boxers are taught to keep their lead foot on the outside of a an opponents stance if it’s a mirrored fight (Southpaw vs Orthodox) but Inoue actually puts himself inside, and uses amazing timing as well as control to hide the entry and generate as much power as possible. There’s no telegraph on the jab, he steps his whole body forward, so his jab moves with his body and isn’t given away by any sort of hip rotation, shoulder rotation, flaring of the elbow, etc. then he does the same with the two on the same spot.

Just not when Pacman hit his prime in the welterweight part of his career beating Monsters as he stepped up as much as 2 weight classes to fight and beat them.

@@rollon8524 Theres no way you watch Inoue and dont see the tremendous skill level, coupled with the precision and power punching. He's 10x better than Marquez and fights in a very similar style to Marquez. The main difference is he doesn't go backwards. He cuts off the ring and makes you fight. But he'll punch with you, just like marquez. Pacquiao has shown issues in several fights with guys that read his timing, he becomes more cautious. Inoue would pick Pacquiao apart, and if he finds a weakness he'll exploit it over and over until Pacquiao quits or is KO'd
