I didn't experience the severity of the earthquake, but scrolling through social media and seeing the damage and people's reactions made me so emotional. The same rules apply for home as to any other building but most times persons panic or do what make them feel safe in the moment

Let me tell you this you show the world especially those persons who have household assistants how to treat people humanely. Mitchells this is something in Jamaica that people refuse to do. You help out with chores around your own home this is a super example to the world. Hats off guys you are deserving of a medal.

It was scary! I’m still traumatized it’s the first time I’ve ever felt one & I pray it’s the last. At the time i was in Kingston on the 10th floor inside a high rise I literally felt the building swayed from side to side.. I remember holding on to my baby tiiiight. Father God only you alone know🙏🏽.
