The reason I started following the UFC is that I randomly stumbled across the MMA hour a couple of years ago. Ever since I've been captivated but only because of guys like you and Luke Thomas who have made the sport accessible to news like myself. The UFC doesn't understand that you're essentially an advertising arm for them (I signed up to fight pass because Luke mentioned it on a show). Without people like you the entire show becomes slightly less interesting. Hearing news and rumours and insight from people with real knowledge who are independent is what makes the sport so exciting. I think the UFC will change its mind but if not then carry on, your fanbase will still be around and you'll continue to inspire new fans over the years. Hang in there.

Ariel i dunno if you'll read this among the thousands of comments here but I need to say that over the last five or six years you've been the catalyst for me turning from a casual fan to a die-hard fanatic. Please don't stop doing what you're doing. Peace and love brother

UFC officially lifted the ban. Congratulations Ariel, and of course Esther and Casey. This was definitely a pretty big concern of mine. I didn't want to miss UFC 200 or any other event, but I was willing to black list the company for this. Glad we can move on from this. Again, congratulations Ariel. You're a true definition of what a hero / man is. Keep doing what you do the absolute best!

Luckily no lie here. UFC released a statement as well as Ariel tweeting about it. Unless UFC is lying to us all, everything is business as usual. But alas, let's hope this BS doesn't happen again. Ariel is a journalist and will report news he knows. He works for Vox, which is a news outlet, not UFC. Doing stuff like this discredits UFC, not anyone else.

The only other guys I know, are from the other podcast shows that Ariel hosts. The guy gets a bigger ovation at press conferences than some CHAMPIONS do. Lorenzo is probably the leak, that hatred sounds Vegas corruption deep.

i remember watching this live ....i couldn't wait for it to start to find out what happened. Doesn't seem like 4 yrs ago!!

I heard of all this news through tweets but missed the videos and real news through being on my honeymoon. This was the first thing I wanted to watch on my return and here I am catching up. This pulls on the heart strings big time, it's so refreshing to hear Ariel tell the whole story. In the the world of journalism I believe Ariel to be one of the best never mind just in the sport of MMA. I watch ever single video posted by MMA fighting and love every single video you guys output. It was amazing to see the MMA community unite in support for Ariel and the passion shown by Ariel for the sport is something to admire. Even though I knew the UFC credentials had been given back I still needed to watch this video. If Ariel didn't cover the sport I wouldn't be nearly as much of a fan as I am and if MMA fighting didn't put out the content they do I wouldn't have the knowledge I have today, keep up the good work guys and thank you for the job you ALL do.
