The MIRACLE CURE to Overcome Feeling Unworthy - (This changed my entire life!)

You've tried it all - affirmations, mantras, therapy and even crystals - to help you feel worthy and you've gotten little to no relief. That's because healing our self-worth requires a SPECIFIC set of practices.
The key to healing our unworthiness is understanding the "what and why" of it so that the "how to" makes complete sense.
I'm not kidding or using a marketing tool by calling this The Miracle Cure. It IS the miracle cure and it's far simpler than you think.

Thank you for this! At 37, I've only just realised that I've felt unworthy all my life... I could never quite put my finger on "it" , but now I have... It's only been 2months since having this realisation, but it's certainly helping me in my daily life to do what is best for me, not only for today, but for tmrw and next week, month, quarter, year etc. This will be quite the journey , likely with no real end, but I know it's 1 of the main things that have mentally held me back, seemingly my entire life..

Dear Kristen, thank you so very much for this discussion today! It made so much sense! And funnily enough, I actually knew all this, but ( lol) I apparently needed someone else to say the words!!! We are crazy beings, aren’t we? ( not serious!) Thanks again, love from Brigid, from Victoria, Australia 🙏🌹💚

Dear Kristen, thank you very much for the above video! I wish to reciprocate your insights by sharing my perspective on self-love. Years of delving into spirituality have led me to a crucial insight; which might just explain exactly why self-love/esteem seems almost impossible to realise & demonstrate. I rather suspect that the real foundation of all self-disgust/hatred is the hard-core disbelief in & intense hostility towards the (spiritual) truth that everyone is worthy of respect simply because they exist. Existence itself alone is the basis & proof of worthiness. Unfortunately, the vast majority of humanity (including myself) find it easy to praise a saint but extremely difficult to respect a sinner or a criminal, because most human beings believe that actions/performances are the (sole) determinant of worth. Moreover, mainstream culture in the modern world does NOT encourage judging ONLY the wrong or evil conduct at issue but not the accused/convicted person(s).

Hi Kristen, thanks so much for the vid. Here is my question. So I work a lot. In my mind I have a problem accepting and recognizing my other needs to be happy, like my hobbies outside of work. These were pushed aside because I liked them, I had to be in line with what other people wanted as I grew up because I was told "all people that go into art are poor" and "you don't have what it takes to succeed." And like the elephant that accepts his life in a circus, I accepted everything and I'm very unhappy about that. What part of the self-love aspects am I missing? I'm having trouble making something better of this situation and I feel stuck.

Thank you for posting this video. I wanted to ask - how does one practice interdependence? What is the balance of honoring my needs and those of others? Thank you in advance.

Interdependence is the bi-product of healing our self-worth. We naturally become more interdependent through our healing work. I recommend reading my book, "The Recovering People Pleaser." It's a self-healing guide where I share all the tools and techniques I practiced to help me shift from dependence to interdependence. I'd also recommend perusing my channel for topics that interest you. There's tons of wisdom and knowledge there. 🤗

"people pleasers and narcissists are on the same vibration". As a people pleaser, and someone whos wondered about my own levels of narcissism, I've often come to a "conclusion" that they are more similar / have more overlap, then i had thought.

??? I dont feel good enough only because OTHER people made me feel like I am not good enough. So what you are saying, doesnt fit with this my experience.
