This video has transformed my perspective on depression. Realizing that our negative emotions stem from comparing ourselves to others and feeling unlucky has been a revelation. The stories shared by Swami Mukundananda have inspired me to adopt a mindset of gratitude and acceptance. I now understand that true happiness comes from within and is not dependent on external circumstances. I highly recommend this video to anyone who struggles with feelings of depression or low self-esteem. It has empowered me to take control of my emotions and live a more fulfilling life. Radhey Radhey Swami Ji. My Humble pranam at your lotus feet with thanks and gratitude🙏🙏

Grace of God is everywhere and in everything
Comparison is the thief of joy. Thank you Swamiji.
Radhey Radhey, Count on your blessings and Always feel gratitude 🙏
Swamiji very beautifully highlighted the importance of being grateful for what we already have. When that man had his eyes then he was so miserable that God hasn't given him anything. When his eyes were about to be taken off then he realised the blessings he had. So in order to be happy we should practice the virtue of gratitude❤️🙏
Radhey Radhey!!Instead of comparing with others what we lack,we should learn to develop gratitude to God for things he has given us🙏

A man who could see because I compare myself with that man . Jai Shree Ram 🙏🏻❤
One can only be happy if he stops comparing with others, and feels grateful for what he has. These are the two keys of happiness. Swamiji has explained the science of being happy with wonderful examples.
Gratitude is the powerful antidote to unhappy thoughts ... The more we count the happier we become... Thank you for teaching this simple yet effective tool Swamiji❤🙏❤️
So beautifully explained by Swami ji. Most of the time we can't able to became happy in our life. Because we don't realise all the graces and gifts which is given by god to every individual. This human nature to complete ourselfs from others create distress and negative thoughts within. Which leads to misery, while swamiji explains that the people who are champion doesn't compete to others they compete themselves. And rectify there own mistakes. And the last and the formost thing is to realise all those gifts we recive from god and then we will get 100 reasons to became happy in our life. A must watched video. 🙏
Beautiful quotation by Swamiji that comparison is the thief of joy. Never compare to others contentment is required.God has given so much .I "ll remain grateful to him and my Gurudev as his grace I knew. Pranams to Swamiji

Radhey Radhey Swamiji 🙏 Realizing and enjoying the Blessings in your life ; the first one being this human life and having a Guru like you to guide us. Thank you Swamiji for reminding us of the Blessings we have by narrating these beautiful stories.
Thank you pujaniya Swamiji, for such a mind blowing lecture on the mindset of a winner in staying happy and contented and for all the golden gems of wisdom for us to adopt in our daily lives. Swamiji advises that the biggest quality we can adopt is to be grateful about all of life’s blessings and the graces we have received and continue to receive in our lives. Never compare with anyone and instead every day focus on improving and becoming our own better version. Always work on the paradigm of abundance by paying attention and being thankful to all the countless blessings received.
Very beautiful teachings pronam Swami ji
Pronam Swami Ji....your lecture has opened my eyes -'Comparison is the root of all unhappiness & gratitude is the only remedy for this disease'.
Swamiji meets us at our level of concerns in life and offers practical spiritual wisdom for being our best self. Here he is offering simple powerful tools to uplift ourselves including counting our blessings, to always feel gratitude.
We must count the blessings, the graces of God upon us to remain happy and feel gratitude. Thank you Swamiji.
Absolutely, comparing ourselves to others can often lead to feelings of inadequacy or dissatisfaction. It's important to focus on our own progress and achievements rather than constantly measuring ourselves against others.
I've watched this multiple times; each time, I gain new insights. Swamiji's teachings on self-awareness are timeless and immensely valuable."
A lot of blessings we have received from God. Any single of them if we realise is sufficient to be grateful to Him.
Thank you! Swamiji about telling us the eye opening message of how to be happy with what we have and how not to compare with others and stay thankful to God. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
D. We are blessed to have Swami Mukundananda as our guru and spiritual teacher in this generation 💟
B.The man who could see Gratitude ❤ Jay Jagannath ❤
Attitude of gratitude is what we need to carry all the time!!
Excellent life lesson. "Comparison is a thief of happiness". Every one is born with unique talent. We cannot explore our inner world if our mind is engaged in the ugly game of comparison. When we start to compare ourselves with others, we lose our creativity henceforth we move towards wrong direction of our life. Mindset of a winner is, he does not compare his performance with others, he only focus on his own excellence. But due to misconception most of the people think that one cannot be succeeded without having any competative nature.
The story of the man who can see and the story of the monkey both inspired me thoroughly. And the life incident of Swamiji saving the life of the beggar and making him realise the worth of himself to be more than money is also immensely inspiring.
Thank you swamiji🙏❤🙏 God is so kind and benevolent ❤ He is all knowing, all pervading and our eternal well wisher🙏 Hare krishna 🙏❤🙏
When we learn to see our blessings we will begin to see God’s grace in everything around us and everything in our life. Radhey Radhey.
So many graces of God upon us are from infinite times. But we don't realize. Stop comparing with others. Thanks swamiji
Gratitude feeling, count the blessings. God has provided everything to us. I have realized it's greatness by hearing from Swamiji today in this video. It has brushed up and freshened my deep gratitude feeling for God. Even though having incredible human form, if we not receive the knowledge to use this life for purpose, there is no use of such valuable human body. I indebted to Swamiji for installing this knowledge and faith for God, to make this life a worthwhile.
A winner fights with himself and strives to be the best everyday. He competes with himself ❤
When we start counting our blessings and start feeling gratitude towards all that we've been blessed with by God, we start finding the Grace of God in everything and feel fulfilled with our lives 😊🙏
All the stories in this lecture have great morales. So many times I have heard Swamiji's school-age story of cycle-racing and each time I could not help myself stop laughing. It is a fun no doubt, but are we not attracting misery for ourselves, being engaged in such types of meaningless rat-race? God has blessed us with so much wonders; instead of feeling grateful for the uncountable blessings we have received, we are wasting our life in feeling miserable for the one that we have not received. If one door is closed, another door is left open. But we worry so much for the closed door that we could not see the door that is opened for us. सदा दिवाली संत की आठों प्रहर आनन्द |
Very powerful lecture by Swamiji. Dissatisfaction in everything is a dangerous enemy of life. It takes away the peace of mind.To come out from this negativity we should count the blessings and opportunities God has given to us. He has given tremendous potential to human beings, precious times and so on. When we understand the values of all these and utilizes those in a proper way, life will be blissful and joyful forever.
This video really shines perspective on how we can overlook all the things we have when we focus on what we don’t have. Swamiji shared a personal story of when he was able to help a man turn away from suicide. Thinking of how much we value the parts of the body more than money shows that just this human form alone is such an enormous grace. Staying focused on the gifts God has given us is the key to maintaining a positive attitude through disappointment.
Thank you swamiji ❤❤❤ my favourite guru ji ❤
Jay Guru Maharaj🙇🙏❤️❤️❤️
Very true.we do not appreciate things we already have🙏🏼
Thank you Swami ji for the amazing stories🙏
Gods grace is so great we get used to it and forget his blessings, Swamiji thank you for making us realize what we have to be grateful for it🙏
Radhey Radhey ❤❤ Swami ji
So inspiring message. To become happy, we need to count innumerable blessings that God bestows upon us and to practice attitude of gratitude. Thank you Swamiji.
You are the competitor for yourself, just utilise the opportunity every day nature gives and only feel happy.
Thank you Swamiji for the divine reminder! We must not compete with anyone but with our own-self to make us more and more perfect-pure. Swami ji’s stories are always full of deep Vedic knowledge. We must be always grateful to Krishna for blessing us with the human body. Thank you Swamiji 🙏🏻
Thank you swamiji for your wonderful words..I am really grateful ❤️
Hare Krishna, Hari Bol 🙏
ବହୁତ ବହୁତ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ, ରାଧେ ରାଧେ 🙏🙏🙏🙏
अप्रतिम गुरु महाराज🙏🙏🙏🙏
The goal of human life is to pay attention to and realize the numerous blessings we have received. Use whatever we have, to the best of our ability to grow in virtue and lead a happy life. Comparing with others ruins peace of mind and our own life. Swamiji's hilarious school life incident of comparison with the person ahead of him in cycling which led to missing his route is worthy listening. We should compare to ourselves; have we improved? Are we doing the best we can? By racing our own race and pursuing excellence, we will live a happy life.
Radhey radhey guruji beautiful lesson..
So wonderful . Thanku Krishna thanku Swami ji
।। जय श्री कृष्णा राधे राधे ।।
Count your blessings, swamiji is prodding us to see the positivity’s in our lives rather than glooming over the negativity’s in our lives, as it’s part of our lives and our growth depends upon facing them successfully.
All the examples and the lessons are so well explained by Swamiji that I have started to realise how many blessings God has showered on me. Thank you Swamiji for showing a way to be happier always. And also helping me understand the practice of Gratitude.
We should learn to develop gratitude to God for everything he has given us. Beautiful quatetion by Swamiji that comperison is the thief of joy.
What an eye opening one. Deeply feel grateful for your knowledge that can make us happy always. Swamiji Radhe Radhe
Very inspiring video . This human form is the precious gift we are blessed with ! And then, association with Swamiji is even better gift ! And then, opportunity to do seva for Guru is the best Gift ! Always look at the Glass half full than half empty. Radhey Radhey !
Radhey Radhey! It’s a pleasure to hear your experiences. I will practice your today’s message everyday - count your blessings. What a story where you saved the man and transformed his thinking for good. Thank you Swamiji for relentlessly guiding us. Our humble Pranams at your lotus feet.
God grace is always everywhere and every moment but important things is we haven't realise his greatful to him,so allways feel gratitude.
We should not compare with others for which we don't have.We should feel the blessings what we have and feel gratitude for the same.
Radhey Radhey ❤
God s grace is everywhere
Beautiful explanation of the attitude of gratitude with such interesting stories as examples. The line ‘champions race themselves’ really stuck with me. Thank you Swamiji for illuminating us with your profound wisdom!
When we make the best version of ourselves then we become successful and live a blissful life 🙏
Started watching his videos when I joined college, now completing college, from the video where he gave bamboo tree as example ❤
Such a wonderful explanation by Swamiji👋truly inspires us to overcome depression or negativity.jai shri Krishna 🙏🌹
Feel Gratitude. Radhe Radhe 🙏
Radhey Radhey
Swamiji enlightens us on this very important topic of coping with our negative mindset - to keep comparing ourselves with others.. We have to endeavor to become better version of ourselves everyday.. To become perfect and pure, we have to focus on ourselves and remove all negative thoughts and sentiments towards the world. Thank you Swamiji for the wonderful examples and providing tools for becoming better people..
What an inspiring video swamiji which reminds us about our graces that God has bestowed. Very important video for me as I keep wasting my mind's energy on things that I don't have and feel miserable but with grace of God and Jkyog's morning gems with swamiji class really helping me in the process of coming out of this mindset. I'm thinking of all the graces that God has bestowed me. Eternally grateful to you swamiji and jkyog ❤❤❤
Instead of comparing with others, we can count our blessings received from God, such as all the sense organs with good action. We should feel gratitude for those blessings and find happiness in all those graces.
Radhe, Radhe , story of man
Radhey Radhey🙏🙏🎉
Thanks for the guidance Swamiji. Focus on our efforts and be grateful for what we have. We do not need to compare to others as there will always be others “ahead” or “”behind”’us. This is the only way one can achieve true happiness
Well advised Swamiji 🙏 pranam. We have to feel gratitude for all we got from the merciful God. All we have in our life are His grace only.
Comparison is the theif of our joy...so...stop comparing with others and belief on your strength to get motivated by themselves to get succeed in the life...TQ Swamiji
Always be grateful for what you have ❤
We should not compare with others. Comparison is the thief of happiness. We must change our attention and fell gratitude. Both stories inspired us.
We must see blessings in everything that we have !🙏
Radha Radha very informative massage
Focus on what you have instead of what you don't have
Man who could see ; Guruji loved your lecture
Let us always feel gratitude to our Lord for providing so many things of daily needs. If we compare ourselves with others in any matter, we will feel defected.
(The man who could see) story inspired me the most ❤
Comparison with others makes us always unhappy and jealous. Rather than comparing we should try to focus on ourselves and improve ourselves.
