Loved your MD11 simulation. I used to fly on American from Frankfurt to DFW and San Jose to Narita on military business. I also flew with World Airways a lot between BWI to Frankfurt (Rhein-Main ), Atl to Frankfurt, LAX to Osan, Korea, and LAX to Yokota, Japan. I’ve flown KLM from Detroit to Amsterdam and Delta from Narita to LAX. It was a great aircraft that unfortunately didn’t produce the fuel consumption numbers and range that it promised. It is a great freighter and unfortunately is starting to disappear.

Hi V1. Mexicana had DC10s and so did Sun Country airlines. Pan Am was interesting because the bought in on DC10s and L-1011s.

Been watching so many 737, 777 & MD-11 vids and stream of late. Looks a definate add to wishlist but atm I struggle to afford them all & from what I gathered on the MD-11, is there a few bugs, few needed improvements & very nose pitchy (overlery so compared to the original) although turning down sensitivity may help a bit & yes some others have had auto pilot or flight director errors. So for me I'll wait for sales, patches but it great to see more heavies and fidelity planes being added with the a380 fbq, 727, 757/767 & 747's to come. Also with new sim and although yes they work (but whether add-ons perform as well without issues on new sim wont be know until launch and proper testing. If anyone out there in internet land wants to help a desperate aging ex ppl pilot get a new PC rig be my guest! Loving all the content ❤❤

Just my thought about the logic behind mouse wheel issue , if you scroll up that means increase/on/up, so the logic would be the same across the all the switches.

Regarding the inertia talks - I find this super interesting. I do hope that this improves significantly in the next MSFS. Ideally getting the xplane inertia and flight dynamics with the visual fidelity of MSFS would be the utopian flight sim experience!

Why did they do the MD-11 and not the DC-10? The EFIS is easier to model? Same thing with the MD-82 (EFIS) and 737 NG. Do we have a single pre-EFIS airliner?!

@@Jason-ye4vy could be because they have the 717 which I believe has a similar flight deck? I could be wrong.

I would not be thrilled to find out that either my pilot up front or my coworker in the flight deck is flying around with COVID.

This is just as bad as Rotate's release. At least the TFDi is semi flyable. Rotate couldn't hold a NAV heading for anything at release and took 3 updates to become flyable. By that time I was burned out flying it trying out the updates. I was an early access purchaser for the TFDi. I can't fly it today because it reminds me how terrible it was back in December. Never ever buy an early release product.
