Yet another wonderful composition by Robin! Tuba skinny is phenomenal in the talents harbored by it's seven members (eight when joined by chanteuse Erica Lewis). I just can't get enough of two of skinny.
this is my fave track on their MAGNOLIA STROLL album that I just bought - what an ear-worm ! The album version of this track has been playing on repeat inside my head for a week now. Its a great album. What a fabulous bunch of musicians.
Beautifully done!
They just get better and better. Hope to see them this year live in New Orleans
Toujours aussi bons Bravo !
Wonderfull, i like it!
The list of original tunes by TS band member just continues to get longer and more distinguished. This is delightful. Thanks Robin and Magda.

Thank you for the list. That is great to have a full list of all own compositions. I have found another piece. The unfortunate Rag written by Tomas Majcherski too. (recorded on their album Nigel's Dream)

Quite extraordinary ... great! Bravo, bravo to the creators and the performers (and for the perfect arrangement) ... thank you James!
bravo robin
Love that band!
Great tune thanks to Robin and Magda. Listening in bed in New Zealand.
I love Tuba Skinny. I don't know why they don't have one of the members play kick-drum when Erika is absent.
James thanks for filming and posting on YT
What a another great composition by Robin. He have written so many lovely melodies. This one and of course "Sweet Olive" and "Kicking the rocks" are my favorites.
I like this piece. The originals that come from this band stand up well with the traditional. Thank you.
Again Excellent as always, brilliant Many thanks
New fresh tune, what a beautiful piece, congrats guys.
I really like that, Robin.
Quite Caribbean! Refreshing!

Anyone downthumbing this is evil
this is excellent, it has character, and could be used for a Movie theme easily. It sounds a bit like a French composition to me, don't know why...😃
Great... song.... the trombone solo is fantastic.....(the whole song is fantastic ;)
Fine job Robin and Magda; it sounds like it could be 90-100 years old. Well played. Who arranged it, Shaye?
WHOA!! We have hit the BIG TIME! What a great band! A national TREASURE!!! Beautiful composition! Best Wishes AND GOD BLESS! Gary

great performance! but boy, I miss Erika so much !
Either I mistranslated or an error crept in. TS played this composition on at least November 21, 2020 in a live broadcast on FB. I even recorded the performance. Perhaps the point is that this is Robbie's last composition played now on the second of July?
@JamesSterling

The tune was introduced by Greg before I started recording as a new one composed by Robin. This is the first time it has been played before a live audience to my knowledge. The Facebook broadcast in November was internet only, no live audience and at that time the tune had not been given a title by Robin.

I don't want to seem like a pickpocket, however, in April this year in NOLA, performing together with Erika :-), they also played this song. They played in front of a real audience. I paid attention to this composition, because from the moment I heard it for the first time I can't get rid of the impression of deja vu. As if I had heard it somewhere before. It "caught my ear".

@@misfozje3434 It was the first time before a live audience as far as I knew. I stand corrected. Did you see them at The Royal Frenchmen in April or somewhere else?

@@misfozje3434 What a shame. You definitely need to put a trip to New Orleans on your bucket list. I have had the good fortune of living only a 3 hour drive away for most of my 73 years so New Orleans is like a second home town to me.
