This is why Eminem is a fucking legend I’ve been listening to him since 2006 for a long time his music always gives me motivation to fight to my struggles when I was losing weight he is the one help me give me the push to lose all the weight I lost and he is the one helped me say no to everyone who says stop exercising and working out.

This one hits home. I was married in the early 80s providing for the household. An eighth year old son, whose mother chose drugs over her only child. Going forward I had to raise him alone ( she was not responding). It was hard, she came around clean when he was in high school. Lots of sacrifice, but iam proud of that young man who became a train engineer, wife , home and in 4 beautiful ❤️ grandkids.

This song put me onto Em when I was younger, and now I have two kids of my own. It hits a lot differently now, as I have a job in another province, and I'm away 20 days out of the month to support my family.. Anyways, great reaction as always 🔥

It's crazy cause he wrote to this song because he was 100 percent he would not make it alive from his addictions, he said it in some interview. I'm just glad he made it through and he inspired a lot of people to do the same. I hope he knows how much he touched all of our lives

This is from his Album Curtain Call when he went on hiatus for a few years due to his addictions to be with Hailey!!! Then came back with Relapse! I've always related to Em in so many ways with a childhood where I was abandoned very young with a Mom that was very abusive and this being Ironic to the fact that my drugs of choice later on were Benzo's Valium Klonopin Xanax and many in the Bennzodiazapine family .... I went to detox many times going back to those pills and the detox with benzo's is hell I read where Em talked about his detoxing and it was exactly what I went through RELEARNING YOUR MOTORSKILLS To the fact of even picking up a fork ..... trouble with talking properly constant panic attacks could not sleep for weeks where your just staring off wanting to sleep so badly you would cry because your body had been so sedated for years you weren't making chemicals detoxing where you could sleep I remember looking at the clock constantly thinking I just wanna fucking sleep! and reading him talk about all this it made me feel not alone in going through benzo detox ** cold turkey ** which is very very dangerous due to the fact he almost died was on his death bed in detox they make you walk and drink a bottle of water every hour or your organs will fail!!!! I made it! but I am slipping back as they say once an addict always an addict and its harder than F to fight that ...... as I said I am slipping back but it helps when I listen to Em's music..... One most importantly was when he did recovery and sang "IM NOT AFRAID" THAT MADE ME BAWL!!! He got CLEAN!!!! & He was going through where I read He wasn't sure if he would be welcomed back by the industry and his fans!!! but he wasn't afraid he was going to do his shit!!! and hit hard and he did

That’s kind of what made him change his view of Kim and his mom and made him realize Kim is Hailie’s mom and he should respect that. If you notice he doesn’t ever talk about her. Never.
