Heinrich Böll Stiftung Southeast Asia Regional Office and Le Dinh Tuyen share local people´s perspectives, concerns and hopes for their livelihoods along the Mekong River in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. They share concerns about their livelihood, their relationship with the river, the issues that trouble them, and something to hope for the 'Nine Dragons River' which is so important to them and future generations.
