AMPO is Visayan for prayer. Taken as acronym, it contains the elements of what prayer should be. Letter "A" is ALLOCATION of time to pray. Letter "M" is MEDITATION where God is given time to speak; Letter "P" is PETITION; Letter "O" is OFFERING one's will to the Will of God so that whatever one prays for, s/he is always open to the possibilities that God deems best.
