I went straight past chills into tears. The vocalist has the finest voice I have ever heard, and this is the best version of this song I have ever heard. From what I have been able to dig up her name is Rainy Middleton (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Why she isn't famous is beyond my ability to understand. I have listened to every bit of The Maxx media that I can find and was disappointed to find most of it to be poor quality recordings/videos. Many of the songs do not do her voice justice. She was born a diva and made for big songs like this one. Please, please more like this. The band sounds great too, but I found the background singers choreography to be an over the top distraction.
