It sounds better than from where I was, maybe 10ft in front of the mixing console. It’s amazing he was able get a good sounding recording out of that venue. Major kudos.

I was on lsd for this show, and I swear to god, something otherworldly was channeled that night. I saw them in Milwaukee, but this night in Chicago was one for the books.

great work! Did you consider using my audio source (Shure MV88) ? I meticulously patched mine with my friend''s source (same mic setup) to take out the talkers, especially during the quite Cygnus jam. I thought it came out excellent, and I already circulated the flacs. Also, did you include my videos? I'm not sure I provided my raw files to the Marble Shrine, but i can send your way if you want to include them. Everything I shot is already up on my youtube. I did start a multi cam with all the video files that the Marble Shrine sent me, but I unfortunately never quite finished it.

Thank you!! I wouldn’t consider using anyone else’s audio source that was patched. Mine is seamless and I was quite happy with the quality and minimal audience chatter. The more sources the better, but I was working off the understanding I was the only complete source. The videos, I used what I thought worked best out of what they sent me and tried to thank everyone in the description. Thinking back I don’t think I used your video footage because the file was all smashed into one from the different clips of the show maybe…? I did three shows back to back so my memory is a little foggy there. I’ll check it out and can add them in if I missed some good footage.

Thanks for putting the whole thing together so I don't have to dig back in and finish it off. Your audio sounds nice, mine was up closer to the left stack and has more low end depth, which I personally prefer.
