Love Morgan Freeman. Seems like such a good soul. Perfect last name for this documentary.
A Truly Touching, insightful collection of stories of the really valiant crusaders of Freedom both for themselves and for others. Great to see Morgan Freeman give A really sensitive human touch to the stories of these quietly Great people. Just show us how truly Thankful we need to be to the Almighty for letting us enjoy Freedom in our lives, when for multitudes across the World it's still a Mirage.
"To be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others." ---Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela 1994
The way The History Channel works with Morgan Freedom is respectful, kind and truthful to each individual they approach. I love how this show was produced and I will always love Morgan Freeman... ❤

One of the best documentaries I have ever seen. It is simply astounding to see people risking their lives to achieve the freedom that they so desired for. Only those who were denied liberty and freedom would truly understand what freedom actually is. Heart-touching stories, thanks to Mr. Freeman and National Geography. 47 minutes well spent.
Morgan Freeman has the ability to talk to all sorts of people and be so engaging it’s impossible not to listen. The way he carries himself and his warmness puts everyone at ease. A real gentleman.

It is your courage to embark on this journey that has opened our eyes to the freedoms attained by your guests andvtheir stories and the freedom they in turn have shared which has now enabled many to seek their freedom and start their journeys to obtain it or at most to think of obtaining it .in turn causing a cascade of freedom seekers in every arena of its definition. Thanking all involved in making this documentary....
